The people at Park City Dental are the absolute nicest people! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. This was our first visit here for my 3 year old son. Stormi was absolutely amazing with him and truly made it a fun experience for him. She was so patient and kind. We did not have that experience with another dentist office so I was so grateful for her kindness with him and making it fun and not scary. Thank you so much! We are excited to have found such an amazing dentist office with genuine,kind people.

I just had my 6 month check up and cleaning. Jessica was amazing and helpful as usual, making sure my teeth clean and polished! Dr Mary was thorough and shared great advice. Park City Dental offers amazing, professional staff and great service. They make you want to go to the dentist!

Had a very nice first visit. Dr. House listened to all of my comments and questions. She was never pushy, or made me feel rushed like she didn't have time for me. It was the assistant Shannon's second day at that office, so she and I got to be newbies together. She was being trained/helped by Joanna. They have a specific person, Theresa, doing the pain management (deadening shots). She was wonderful. Never felt a thing. I am very pleased w/my experience. Will be going back to get my permanent crown installed in a couple of weeks.

I cannot express how pleased I was with Park City Dental for my young daughter's appointment! My daughter is very sensitive emotionally and has sensory concerns. New places and appointments can feel very overwhelming for her and I both, not knowing how it will go. Stormi was incredible! She was very patient and helped my daughter feel happy instead of anxious and scared. She took the time to show and explain everything all while asking my daughter if she was comfortable before doing tasks. Seeing my daughter smile and laugh during the interaction was heart-warming! Dr. House was also very patient and helped ensure my daughter was comfortable. She gave advice and goals for future visits. No pressure was felt and she helped this momma feel more at ease. We drove an hour for the appointment and I highly recommend!

The office staff is friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate my Hygienist, Hayli. Hayli provides a gentle but thorough cleaning, and is also very empathetic, kind and caring to her patients. She does a great job, I highly recommend her. I was also impressed with Dr. House, she took the time to walk me through all of my treatment options and answered my questions.

I have been going to Park City Dental for almost 4 years now. Everyone here is professional, knowledgable and friendly. They truly care about their patients. I highly recommend!

Dr. House and her crew at Park City Dental are so amazing. I moved to KC and went back to see them after a couple years away. Everyone still knew who I was and welcomed me back like I never left. I hate going to dentist, but if I have to go, I definitely want it to be to see Dr. House and her crew! ❤

They are so amazing. It's a comfortable place to be when you have anxiety with dentists. They address all the things good, bad and the ugly. They don't make you feel bad about anything!

The ladies are wonderful, probably the Best dental experience I have had. Glad to found my family a new Dental office, they took care of everything in such a professional and gentle manner.

Stormi is amazing!!!!! I would go just to chit chat with her, she’s the best! All the doctors are awesome also! The entire atmosphere there is so refreshing!

Clean. Friendly. Compassionate, kind, professional. Explains things well. Asks if you’re doing okay during the procedure. If you suffer with “Dentist anxiety” this is a good place to go.

Good visit. The check in tablet is difficult to use. Could use improved instructions on what it is asking for when it apparently is requesting more information. Nice conversation with Dr. House. She is a caring person. The hygenist seemed to be hurried. -Gary Miller

This was my initial visit as a new patient. We moved to Wichita a few months ago from the northeast. We had been seeing our dentist for decades, so starting over was was somewhat of a transition. From my first phone call to make an appointment to when I left the office after my visit, I felt welcomed and well cared for as a patient.

Everything is done professionally and thoroughly. The tone is a pleasant balance of friendly, but professional. The ex-rays and exam cited a few concerns, but both the hygienist and the doctor not only explained each concern in detail, but showed me photos (in addition to the ex-rays) so I could clearly understand what was what. They also prioritized what needed to be done and I did not feel a sense of pressure.

The office is well staffed, clean and tastefully decorated. The three individuals I dealt with at the front desk were quite friendly and helpful.

If I had to say something on the, "It would be nice if" side, I would appreciate an optional TV while work is being done. I haven't had a procedure done yet (only cleaning), so perhaps a TV is available. Also, the bays are partially open, therefore not totally private. The pros definitely outweigh the cons (I hesitate to even use the word 'cons) by far.

So far, Park City Dental, is a a standout in the field and I would highly recommend their services.

This is the best dental office that I have ever gone to! The staff is friendly, professional and pleasant to be around. It feels like "family" when I am there! The dentists are very caring and compassionate. The dental hygienists are outstanding! No plans to ever go elsewhere!👍

I have been going to Dr. House for years, and they have always treated me very professionally with a friendly staff. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, but Dr. Melissa House is a awesome dentist who really cares about her patients.
