Pleasant Valley Cemetery

Very disappointed in the management of this cemetery. After an unfortunate misunderstanding between the monument company and the cemetery representative, the monument for our parents was made with the names on the monument reversed in relation to where the body of our mother lay. The board refused to even consider opening a plot to the other side of her where there is a large walkway and move the walkway from where it is now, 2 plots over from the road, to where the current open plot is. This meant the monument had to be redone at great expense of time and money. It felt very uncaring to be told, 'no, it's not our problem', no other reason.
