Would highly recommend! I saw Melissa Stein who is a nurse practitioner here. She was amazing along with the nurses and front desk.
I’ve never felt so cared for by a doctor. She listened and made a plan of action to help me recover. I messaged her with questions and she returned my phone call herself within an hour of my message being sent.
I plan to use her as my primary care doctor from now on.
So lucky to have found her!

Not like the typical doctor’s office I’ve always experienced. Facility is new and beautiful, all staff is extremely friendly, and the all around vibe of the place is very good. No annoying waiting around like your time doesn’t matter, instead everything happened smoothly and in a timely manner. Dr. Archer was awesome. I’m glad my family has found this place. Highly recommended.

Dr. Archer is SHARP. I've not had great luck with other docs, but she's a standout. She cares, she listens, and she helps. Got me sorted out right away, and is a pleasure to deal with. Everyone at the place is helpful and friendly. I'm really happy with Spira Care Wyandotte. There are closer facilities, but I'll continue to drive considerably out of my way to go here. Recommended unreservedly.

The staff at this location were really great. I highly recommend Katherine McElderry, Nurse Practitioner, who really listens and cares about your well-being. Unlike a traditional physician's office, Spira Care visits are more in depth where you have more time with your doctor to address any and all concerns. They offer many unique services for no additional charge like Care Guides and Health Coaching. Thank you for the great service!

I felt like everyone at this location genuinely cared about me and my wellbeing from the moment I walked in. The interior was calming and spotless, and the care I received was awesome. Everyone was extremely professional, listened carefully, and allowed me to take my time to explain each of my concerns. It’s exactly what I had hoped for in establishing care. I Initially came here because I couldn’t get an appointment at a closer Spiracare location for 8 weeks, but I think I will come here from now on.

This place is EXCELLENT! I've been going here a couple of years or so and the staff is always friendly and helpful and my health is their priority! Thanks Spira Care!

Wow, I'm surprised reading some of the 1 star reviews, and ones mentioning Dr Archer. My personal experience with her has been great. She's talked to me and answered more of my questions than my last doctor. My last doctor was from a clinic or whatever that the head of it was from Providence, they never really talked or addressed any issues I had. 5 mins with Dr Archer, and I felt I was getting better treatment ( and still am) that my old doctor. I've even recommended her and Spira Care to members of my household. I've even found out a few of my friends and coworkers go there, and have been going long before I have.

Very clean but horrible experience. I am a man of color and definitely felt the difference In treatment. I will not support this company.

LEFT WORSE OFF THAN I CAME IN. DR. ARCHER IS DANGEROUS. READ THE REVIEWS!!!

Came here trying to get a checkup and referral for a cancer screening. Left with several prescriptions that were harmful to both my physical and mental health and no referral for anything I originally came in for and no full checkup.

Was told I had temporary depression, but I already have a behavioral healthcare provider, that they obviously know about. Came in for a cancer screening and help to stop smoking but was told not to quit smoking but take prescriptions that made me worse off than I went in.

Sure, they did blood work… FOR STDs!? I could’ve told you I was clean after having only one partner in the past four years WITHOUT BLOOD WORK!

After having HORRIBLE reactions to the medication (only a psychiatrist should be prescribing) I was told to come in for an emergency followup… nice try, Spira Care.

NEVER. AGAIN.

Was 15 minutes late today for my 7 year olds appointment. She has fever and sore throat. Dog got out as we were leaving so I had to get him as the temperature outside is way to low. The doctor refused to see my poor daughter but the sweet nurse did find us an appointments in liberty. We live in Oak Grove. I hope that doctor gets the same service in life.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE MENTAL HEALTH PRESCRIPTIONS. They will change your dose if you’re coming from another provider and question you.

Bad service! I went on December 30 at 8am and I was not treated, I had a fever, a headache and a severe stomach ache, I had to go to the emergency room.

Spira care in Wyandotte county is a terrible facility. I think I would rather have family treated at a veterinarian's office then here. Good luck if u go there.
I would suggest before going you read the reviews from different locations they are all concerning. It is my belief Spira care as a whole is like a Wal-Mart. If you do decide to go i suggest you stay away from Dr Archer she is not as educated as she should be in basic patient care.
