Great place. Love Valley Center

Last year, we had a water bill nearly 3x our normal amount. They said we probably had a leak. The very next bill with no leak confirmed, no repairs made, it mysteriously went back down to normal. Suspish? Then my good friend moves in next door, just her and her toddler. Her water bill is well over $1,000. Her first bill. Supposedly a leak...🙄

Some of the most rudest people. Does it make you feel good about yourselves by belittling people over the phone? People who struggling to pay their water bill. People know how many times they have asked for an extension - it's embarrassing enough without being talked down to. Maybe you need to hire people that are professional.... Not people who believe they are the city water god's.

Ask around before moving to Valley Center. That’s all I can say. I wish I would’ve listened to the people who have lived here for years and told me to look elsewhere. There’s a lot of weird stuff that happens here. Also expect your water bill to be over a GRAND within about a week in the first month of living here. If I could go back a few months, I would 100% choose somewhere else.
