Hertz Car Rental - Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport

Excellent customer service, car worked well and was there as expected. Pickup and return were easy.

I have been renting from Hertz for the past few years and I am a Gold member. Today I received the best customer care I have ever received from any of their locations. A HUGE shout out and THANKS to Heather for being amazing! She went beyond her duty to assist me. She was friendly, courteous, polite, understanding and took time to genuinely help me. She is surely an asset to Hertz as she made me a believer that great customer service still exists, and they truly do care and are willing to help. Heather, you made a huge positive impact today when you assisted me and I am truly glad to have had you as the agent taking care of my booking. You going out of the way to show me the available vehicles/interior to suit my requirements meant very much to me. You stood out as one of the most helpful people I have come across in many industries and I hope you will continue to deliver such pleasant experiences to customers. Please accept my gratitude. Great vehicle we had the Nissan Altima, receptionist was pleasant to deal with, and upgraded us with no charge. She took care of me quickly and ensured I had everything I needed.

Great and easy experience. Apologies for not catching the gentleman's name that helped us (younger with hair pulled back into small ponytail). He was thorough, used my preferred name vs legal and happened to walk out and see I was in the Enterprise lot of cars vs Hertz and guided me to the right area. Fast and efficient service! Whoever the customer service rep is, he is tremendous! You can tell he sees things from the customers perspective. I encountered him at pick up and drop off. Each time his objective was to get me in and out quickly. Though he moved fast, he still covered all the necessary bases. I hope he is there the next time a need a car!

Other than not being able to use all of my discounts do to the type of rental, I would say all went well for a walk in. The workers seem to know what to do. They chose the right vehicle for my needs. They could have been a little more friendly, but that seemed to be the norm in that city with customer service. So I guess the best way to describe them is professional, but not real friendly. The worker that was not helping me was more friendly than the one that was assisting me. They could use some consistency in that area.

I’ve been traveling to Wichita every month for about 2 years. The lady that works the front desk across the street from the airport has been kind every trip. One time I left my headphone case in the rental car and she even brought the case to TSA so I could pick it up because I forgot it and she made sure I got it back. Once in a while an incredibly kind/good person brightens your day and she does it everytime I visit.

A huge thank you to Heather at the reservation counter and Matt at returns. I had not had a good experience when picking up a car in Fort Collins. But when I called Wichita Airport Hertz, Heather was great in checking my contract and getting me a more suitable car. Matt was super helpful in taking the "tincan" and getting me into a much safer vehicle. Heather and Matt should be teaching lessons on customer service. They took care of my need and got me back on the road in record time.

Have been to Wichita frequently in the past few months and this is a great Hertz counter and I have gotten some recent upgrades when I rent. Thanks for making business travel just a little more enjoyable! I appreciate your service and always fast!

This is an outstanding location! I had a flight in last night that arrived very late, at least a couple hours after closing time. I walked up to the counter I was greeted by a super friendly person who was very happy to get me in a car and on my way. She was very nice and very helpful for 2:30 in the morning. Car was clean and ready to go!

I left my drivers license in my rental. The Hertz team called me right away. They saved me from wasting time replacing it. I really appreciate them.

I had a great experience at Hertz Wichita Airport. Picking up my keys was a very quick process. I was in my car in a few minutes. The car was very clean and worked great with no issues. Upon returning the car, an employee met me immediately and I was on my way within seconds. Overall a great experience.

We had a late flight into Wichita with two young kids and Hertz saved us when the company our original reservation with didn't stay open after our flight was delayed. Heather was outstanding. She went above and beyond and did what she could to get us into a vehicle that would work for us and the rest of our stay in Wichita. Not sure what we would've done without her. Our car was available when we arrived and dropping it off was a breeze! We were a bit late for our flight dropping the car off but it was a quick easy process that didn’t take more than 2-3 minutes.

I always get good service from Hertz; some locations are a little bit better than others. The Wichita airport location is the best that I have seen so far. Thank you for the A + customer service that you provide me each and every time I am working in Wichita.

During my time in Kansas I used two different car rental agencies and Hertz in my opinion was the far superior company. Check in was seamless and courteous, the vehicle was in fantastic shape and rode like a champion, lastly checking the car back in in Dallas, TX was fast and precise. Hertz has forever gained a loyal customer.
