Excellent experience. As a first-time patient, I felt as though I had been in Dr. Davis’s care for years. He was thorough and knowledgeable of my medical history upon my visit.

Fast, friendly and I felt very safe! E1 was wearing a mask and there is plenty of alcohol gel available! Highest recommendation for anyone needing neurosurgeon for back problems! Thanks for the excellent service!

No help to soldiers at all. Forgets to put in prescriptions and makes it impossible to get ahold of the actual doctor. Nurse is rude af. They make no notes in your file. If you’re military avoid this place

Was referred to Dr. Trent Davis by my PCP for possible MS diagnosis. 2 weeks went by no word from the office. I called myself. Receptionist was very unprofessional and rude. She told me he had a stack of papers on his desk and mine were somewhere in there and when he gets to it someone would call me. When I asked when I could expect a call she told me they were booked out until June. None of which was in a compassionate or apologetic manor. I just received life altering news, and I need a support system. I don't want these kind of people to be in my support system. If she didn't care about that one phone call, I don't see where there would be concern for my health.

Very gruff and abrasive. Does NOT listen to you. Minimizes, disregards or flat out does not believe you. Attempts to contradict many things you say. Focused on being contradictory and confrontational rather than listening and treating. I have seen him for 10 months and have not received any relief. I felt gaslit. I tried to see past his terrible bedside manner, but the overall lack of actual medical treatment has made me decide to pursue another provide. Does not return phone calls. Does not assist with prescription issues. Tells you to do something, then condems you at the next appointment for doing what he asked. Has no insight into patient medical history despite your EMR being a foot in front of his face. He actually accused me of wearing fake eyeglasses to my appointment! Told me to try to identify a trigger or pattern to my migraines, then told me I was too focused on myself and that I needed to get a hobby and do something for other people/get the attention off myself and my migraines would go away. Asked me about exercise. I told him I didn't exercise right now because of an injury. Asked me what I used to do: Zumba, yoga, running, pilates. Later he asked if I still had access to a gym. No. Starts listing off all the things I USED to do and said, "So you're telling me you don't have access to a gym but you can do all of this stuff?" No. I told you I don't do anything right now. Also, nothing I listed requires access to a gym. He's crazy.
