Been with them over 3 years. They were great until I had a problem. A person ran a red light and hit my car. It was established that it was the other drivers fault. I still had to pay my $500 deductible and my insurance went up 20%. This was after they assured me it wouldn’t happen by 2 different people there. Their reason was “inflation”. So they got their raise out of me either way. Never listen to what they say it’s just to get you off the phone and on to the next person
