I've been with Matt Sims for a long time and kara has always helped me out tremendously...I have nothing but good things to say about these guys and gals..highly recommended

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Matt and Kara. They are nothing but kind and considerate and willing to take the time to make the best plan for you within your budget. Been absolutely blessed by them for the last few years that they’ve insured me.

I called last Friday and someone named Kara Ayers helped me with some information and bills and more. With Allstate i have never received such good service before. She is so friendly and understanding and such a nice behave. I really really appreciate her. She is great. I’m thinking to change my insurance but for her service I didn’t.also Allstate have lot of service please make sure everyone can can get all service. Allstate is great. Thank you for everything. I’ve experienced agency owners, name on the door, not taking calls or being too busy to speak with me, the client!! Now if I want or need to speak with the agency owner I can. Matt takes the time and is involved with his clients. He isn’t just a name on my proof of insurance or the door.

We all have to pay for insurance but we do get to choose what company we pay. Value and service are worth it to me when it comes to insurance. I can’t always be happy about paying for it but at least it’s with an agency I know cares instead of a random call center service agent that I can’t trust is licensed or educated in Kansas state insurance policies.

I would recommend Matt Sims Allstate Agency in Wichita to anyone in the surrounding area. With this Allstate Agency I do feel like I am in “good hands”!
