Love this little pet supply store! I was searching for a raw/frozen brand of pet food online and this was the ONLY shop that said it matched my search because otherwise it was going to be an almost 40$ shipping fee. I went in and not only are they able to order it online with no shipping cost but also provided me with several free samples of the raw food! I won't go anywhere else, the owner is so nice too.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved using the self service dog wash! Made washing/drying my German shepherd so much easier!

They have great pet products.
Sammie got his toenails trimmed. He can now walk on the wooden floors. Good people here.

This locally owned business is run by an amazing well informed family. The store is well stocked, clean and a wonderful environment for pets or family. They have multiple services and are local. They will do their best to meet competition prices and offer shipping. If they don't carry what you want they will do their best to get your item, especially if you plan to be a regular. Give them a try their just great, positive folks to be around, and you will be supporting local business. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Pawprints! The people care about your pets like they are their own. I take my dogs to daycare and the dogs love it so much. The staff go above and beyond for their customers.

Great place to take your pet. I took my big boy Sloan. He met a couple other dogs there while we looked for what we came for. Great staff, very friendly. I'll be back again with Sloan.

Cute store and nice owners. They are a little on the high side when it comes to prices but I can overlook that due to the great service.

I was planning on getting dog food last week and started feeling ill. I ended up testing positive. Unfortunately positive tests don’t stop your dogs from needing to be fed. I called to see if I could send my son to get it and they could just take it outside then after they were back in my son could grab it. Instead Christy offered to bring it and drop it off at our house. She went above and beyond what I expected and I’m so grateful! I would highly recommend this place for your pet needs. You don’t get this kind of service often!

Super kind and helpful staff. Took our Corgi, Mabel in to get a Birthday cupcake. Purple was our destined color of choice, lol. Kathy and Christi were lovely to chat with and I have to come back and try out the dog wash in the back. Thank you ladies for making my first trip in a memorable one.

Always clean, great service, and very friendly. Can't remember the lady's name the owns the place, but she's very helpful and knowledgeable. The doggie shower is always stocked with great smelling soaps,and clean towels to dry off. Tons of premium pet food and treats. Our Igor loves going.

The owner of this little pet store is fantastic. She researches all of her products, and offers good prices on everything. The place specializes in products for cats and dogs. I always love stopping by when walking the dog. There is also a pet bath that I often see other people make appointments for.

As a family that is new to Valley Center, we felt very welcome here and received great customer service. I love the self serve dog wash and Dianna always provides good recommendations for our needs. This is a great store and Valley Center is lucky

We started shopping at Paw Prints after the store we previously shopped at for years sold to a big name and became unreliable with keeping our dogs’ food in stock. It’s a 25 minute drive from our house but totally worth it as they always have the food in stock, checkout is efficient and I love that it is locally owned.

An awesome place for VC. Dianna is great! The fact that she has great prices and expansive knowledge of her product should be reason enough to give her a shot. Personally, the thing that makes this place so special is the conversation she has with each customer and how she makes each one feel important.

I love this little store, I actually found it because of a trade bank service my company uses and they are on the list of companies you can buy from using ur trade bank dollars. This store is so clean and nice, they even have a dog bath in the back that u can use to wash your dogs. Always friendly people there to help you.
