The food is good, the prices are fair. The portions are large. I had the shredded beef tacos and breakfast burrito. Very good. You will wait as they cook it when you order it. They are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you are looking for Taco Bell don't come here this is real Mexican food, very tasty and filling. I eat here every time I am in Salina. They are drive thru only that is the only drawback. You can't walk up and order.

I would have given 5 stars all across the board accept there is regularly a large line in drive through. That actually is just a tribute to how great the authentic Mexican food is here. Especially the breakfast burritos.😋
The first thing that stuck out to me about this amazing little gem of a restaurant in Salina KS was the fact that it was the only place open 24 hours that I saw. Great, authentic, Mexican food at very reasonable prices. 10/10 would recommend anytime.

Highly recommend and didn't disappoint. Ordered a variety of burritos for our group of people. We cut the burritos in half and shared them. Surprisingly, the chili relleno burrito was my favorite one.
The only complaint was that the lobby was closed.

Incredible delicious authentic Mexican food at a really reasonable price .
The chile rellenos plate was tasteful and cook in the right way.
I wish I tried this the first day in Saline. So next time we will try some other plates from the menu.
This is one of the best Mexican food I had eat .

While this place is drive thru only (never reopened seating area inside after COVID), and they stay consistently busy, any length of time you have to wait is well worth it. Cheap prices, huge portions, and some of the best food out there. Recently fed 5 adults, each getting a burrito and 3 orders of chips and queso and it was less than $40. That’s less money than you would spend at McDonald’s! Highly recommend! Trust me, when they are slammed, the wait in the drive thru line is worth it!

Loved it here! Wish burritos were filled a little more, but the prices were great! We loved the salsa. The salsa Verdes texture was kinda weird. It seemed really thick for some reason, not very liquid like. But it tasted great. I reccomend their California burrito. It's like $5 and you get steak, potatoes, and Pico. My husband loves the mixed breakfast burrito.
Flavors were great. We will definitely go back.
Only complaint is they don't have those spicy pickled carrots +peppers. If you're the owner reading this, please look into that. I love those so much.
I would reccomend this place to everyone!

It’s all drive through, would love them to open the dining room. Besides that quick, polite, price and portions size are good.

Best burritos in town! Hell, probably the best burritos in the state! Their spicy and mild sauces are 🔥 🚒 . I don't stray too far off the left side of the menu board, but when I have, it's been a pleasurable expirenece. They got a little something for everyone who's craving a little Mexican cuisine. You can purchase tamales here, and they are usually pretty damn good, especially for drive-through. I'm not sure if they have dine-in or if they're open 24/7 but everybody seems to use drive-through. Ponchos burrito is a good one to try if you like jalapeƱos. The Cali and the shrimp are good too! The chimichanga plate is nice, but I would throw that on a hard plate and get a better knife and fork to consume. Go ahead and get in line!

OMG. Simply awesome food for a drive thru. I work in Texas, and this place is far superior to the Mexican restaurants there. Love it. The Pancho burrito is the bomb. If you haven’t tried it, you need to!

We pick up food here so much, I start to wander "could we be addicted?" You don't eat inside, it a drive up with down only. Absolutely great food! Do it you won't regret it.

FIRE BREAKFAST BURRITOS - Open 24/7!!

We stopped at Salina overnight and needed a breakfast place before our journey resumes. My boyfriend and I almost~ settled for IHOP, until we found Pancho’s. We both agreed that coming here would have been better than any experience at IHOP.

Fast, cheap, and delicious.
+ chorizo w pico
+ bacon
Total: $10.27

The burritos were perfectly sized and rolled. They both came with cheese, eggs, and potatoes. Fire red and green sauces. I love potatoes in my breakfast meals, and here at Pancho’s, it was cooked to perfection - not over or under cooked. I think all the breakfast taco options were around $4.55 each.

Pro tip: you can quickly turn your burrito into a scramble bowl by simply using a utensil to eat the filling - if you’re not a big fan of tortillas like me🤪

It always brings me incredible joy when I’m traveling and happen to stumble upon good food - especially in small towns where the food options are not diverse and limited to typical American.

15/10 would return!

Great authentic Mexican food. It's not fancy; they serve everything in styrofoam containers, but the food speaks for itself and it's handy for taking leftovers home. There's a drive-thru also.

The food was great for the price, and the restaurant is actually open 24/7 (drive through at least) which seemed too good to be true at first, but it's genuinely true! I recommend it.

Fresh tortillas, tender pork, burrito was just juicy enough to make your mouth water. The gentleman was clean and polite. The establishment looked very clean. Prices are incredible for the amount of food you get.

Had a fish burrito for my first time there, and it was absolutely delicious. Best burrito I've ever had. Now I understand completely why the line is always around the building!!
