Yes they are a collection agency, and they come off a little intimidating at first. My experience has been the complete opposite of everyone else. Called and was connected within 5 minutes, asked about my balance, paid in full, case is dropped and I don’t have to attend any legal obligations. The gentleman I spoke to was polite and helpful. I know they have a bad rap but overall this was probably the least hassle I’ve experienced with a collections office. No shame, everybody’s got debts.

I have been working with these guys for awhile now. I like that I can make payments online, however, I hate how much they want me to pay every month. If I can't pay the near $200, they tell me it can negatively affect my credit and I get a good talking to, yet they seem respectful to me. Other than having a high payment plan, they have been willing to work with me. I think if I just try and work openly with them, they work with me. With less than $640 to pay after today, it is thrilling to know this is all about done!😁 (This is with Amber Brehm and ARSI)

While dealing with ARSI and the people on the phone like mallorie are great... the attorney Amber Brehm and Dianne Rosell sux as lawyers and how the judge let's them get away with the stuff they do it's absurd. They never have proper accounting or records of ur debt. They will say u owe more then u do when u dnt. They will claim to the judge u don't have a payment plan when u do. Their favorite thing is to present papers that should have been in the original submittions and papers u recieve that get presented to u last minute. They love to file unneeded continuances just hoping ull pay off the debt number they give u. And sadly ull barely see this actual lawyer and most the time see Ms rosell. Disorganized, shady law firm that only cares what they take u for, even if u admit to the debt and ready to pay for it they will continue to waste ur time bringing u to unneeded court and make sure the account of what u owe is wrong

They sent a letter posing as an attorneys office but they are a collection agency. Just a little sketchy. Insurance has processed and they will have there money for services next week I have talked with the hospital and they don’t know about the copay still working on to get this all settled. Good luck dealing with them the first representatives was a little rude but the second person was very kind to deal with.

Horrible person! Amber Brehm preys on the poor and goes after them full force to take their entire life away. Medical bills pile up when someone is very sick and she does her best to put people in the ground. She is worse than the grim reaper. Hope she enjoys her lavish lifestyle on the medical misfortune of others. There is a special place in hell for people like her.

This lady doesn’t care if you have kids or struggling to keep up with the inflation. About a Four years ago she took almost all my check while I was pregnant and leaving me stressed completely out. It almost costed me a miscarriage with my son. She don’t care if you end up homeless. I almost lost my car and my house because I was unable to work a lot due to having placenta Previa and many complications with my pregnancy. she will not care. She’s the reason people refuse to go to the hospital to get help with serious things going on with them. You know being greedy gets you nowhere and it’s a special kind of place for you kind of greedy folk. Smh I would give this no stars if I could. Shame on You!

This office purposely puts you off on the phone so they can Garnish wages. To what purpose I am not sure. I called after leaving court offering to pay but I was told to wait until the court findings have been entered and I had a "pay agreement" I never got a pay agreement. I did however end up with garnishment papers in my mail saying they were going to take 25% of every paycheck. I called back and said I asked to pay this in full but they had already taken $700 from my husbands paycheck. This all happened in the matter of 6 weeks. Not months, weeks, I didn't put them off all of this was a big misunderstanding of the bill Carepoint had with my family.

Sadly, I’ve tried to work out a payment plan with them several times over last few months. However they refuse and keep taking me to court 3 hours one way from my home. Wasting more money in gas just to rack up more attorney fees... they don’t want to collect them money they want to rack up your bill and continue to do steal and cheat money from others trying to fix issues to make a living! Please file a dispute with the disciplinary administrator of Kansas! This is the only collection attorney who I know of who won’t work with you to set up payment arrangements. And sadly with courts they have all the power.

Tried calling several times to let them know they put someone else's court papers on our door by mistake.. Phone rings then disconnects, can't contact online either. Bad sign if you ask me.

I was told I either have to deal with the ridiculous garnishment or pay the whole 10,000 balance. They don't care if you have bills and rent and need to feed yourself and your family. They should be ashamed of themselves.

0 stars they want you to pay with a money order then state you never pay it. She takes you for every cent she can. Refuses to work with you. Paid in full too.

NEVER AGREE TO PAY OFF ANY DEBT WITH THESE MFS. THEY'LL TAKE EVERYTHING FROM BANK WITH NO CONSIDERATION FOR LEAVING YOU A PENNY TO LIVE ON. I LOST MT HOUSE BECAUSE OF THIS TRASH.

I just got.off of the phone with these guys and wanted to resent my court date from July 5 to another time, I'm having neck surgery and can't make it, they told me to prove that date amd the attorney will look and review it and then make a decision. These fools or bun holes and doesn't care about anyone but themselves I dont know how they will get any money I won't be working

Rude and not very willing to work with you. They think they know what you can afford and won't let you make a payment plan that you can actually afford.

They laughed at my seriousness of the situation. And have lied to every client I have talked to.
