He helped me get custody of my eldest son from my ex wife. He fought hard and did what a lawyer is supposed to do...win for their client. I would use him again.

He was in cahoots with my husband's lawyer, and sold me down the river.

I hired Mr. Domitrovic Aug 2017, 4 months later I have personally found out just how sleezy & unethical a lawyer can be. I had a simple case of returning primary custody of my 15 year old daughter to me after she lived w her father for 2 years. I went through legal aid & was referred to domitrovic. Court was 1 week later & he didn't contact me & my daughter until the night before court. At court he told me I needed to agree to shared custody to get my daughter back in my home & at a later date we would take her father back to court. After that day my phone calls to his office were no longer answered. I left messages w no response, I sent repeated faxes to him w no response. Month after month nothing. I sent repeated letters for him to withdraw from my case, refund my 500$ etc.1 day at my daughters visitation w her dad he told her, your lawyer don't even like your mom, he's on my side. I chalked it up to my ex's bullying ways. I made 1 last attempt to reach Domitrovic making sure he knew I fired him & to refund my 500$. (Ultimately I made the decision to hire another lawyer. ) I received a call from Domitrovic Jan 3rd at 9pm asking me how the visits were going. I was dumbfounded but simply said I've hired another attorney. 2 days later my daughter & her brother are at a wrestling match & my daughter receives a call from her dad saying 'your mom is taking me back to court & she's going to take my money's & he hangs up on her. Her brother leaves her at the match, saying I don't like u anymore. We now realize Domitrovic contacted my ex to let him know I hired another attorney. I always thought there was something fishy with my ex's lawyer & Domitrovic. Never imagined it would prove to be true.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This man has dragged on a court case for 2 years... Never returning phone calls and only showing up to court once. I call and leave messages at least once a week... Send letters etc... Nothing. My children are suffering because of his ignorance and laziness!

Worst lawyer ever!!!! No back bone and agrees to stuff beind you back that is always never in your favor. “Forgets” a lot!!! Don’t waste you time!!!!!

This guy is terrible! Does not answer nor return phone calls! Still havent recieved paperwork that was supposed to been mailed out MONTHS ago!!
