Great place for children and adults! Professional, friendly, & polite staff, doctors and anesthesiologist.
Fast, and comfortable settings. This is been the most wonderful trip I've ever had to a dentist office. the view from my chair was excellent I'm extremely proud to say that I am a proud and happy client of theirs and recommend this dentist office to absolutely any one of my neighbors family and anyone that needs quick easy service and they genuinely care about their clients. Thank goodness for this awesome place I give them 5 stars both thumbs up and definite recommendation.

I found this place like many others... google and saw that the reviews were fantastic. Now i know most people will see this and think that they are fake reviews and they would be wrong. I called for a tooth that was starting to hurt, and the receptionist was friendly and ready to help me. They got me in just two days later.
At the appointment, they all were extremely personable and talked me through every step that they were taking. They took some x-rays while I was there to see how deep the problem was and showed me the amount of decay and how far it went into the tooth.
They then informed me that I would have to have a root canal and asked if I wanted to schedule for another day or if I wanted to do it today.
At that point, I was handed off to some senior staff and the doctor. And let me just say they were compassionate and considerate the entire time.
I will not be looking for another dentist as the dentist and staff here are top-notch.
10/10 recommend to friends, family, neighbors, and strangers.

I always feel valued as a customer when visiting the west office. There hasn't been a single occasion where the staff didn't try and make me comfortable. It is also worth noting that I have experienced the least amount of discomfort out of any dental practice I've ever been to. I believe in part this is a result of new and better dental techniques, but I also feel like Wichita Family Dental is extremely good at what they do. Thanks for the quality care.

Best experience I’ve had at a dentist office. I was very nervous coming in as I wasn’t sure what to expect. Jackson and Dr Meyer were absolutely amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and they worked with me to set up a game plan for my dental work as well as maximizing my benefits. I’m happy to call this my new dentist office and will be recommending them to my family and friends!

I received my cleaning and fillings here! Dr. Huber and Selena the dental assistant did my fillings and it was a great experience; we literally talked about everything. The front desk is nice and welcoming. On top of that after your visit you receive cookies and let me tell you they are very tasty. If you ever need dental work done this is the place to go to. This is the best office in my opinion that Wichita Family Dental has in town!

The ortho team is absolutely PHENOMENAL! McKenzie is the tech that does my adjustments each time and we always have the BEST conversations! Not to mention Dr. Pierson is absolutely the SWEETEST, he’s even helped 2 other family members of mine so I KNEW i was in great hands!

Wichita Family Dental West has seen me through check-ups and a few procedures over the last couple of years, and I would recommend them to anyone. I recently needed a couple of crowns, and Dr. Huber and Jackson worked efficiently and thoroughly to get me through the two-hour procedure (which included making the crowns onsite) in fine shape. A detailed cost estimate was ready for me to review when I arrived for the appointment, and in the end I actually paid a bit less than estimated.

Everyone was so friendly! Lauren did a great job numbing me for my filling. I didn't feel a thing!

so I've been to this place a few times and what had invoked me to try out this office was my realization that I had NOT been to a dentist in about 3 years. It was a truckers review that brought me here. Sure enough for the customer service or bedside manner was exactly what the comments on this page boast on about. I've had several fillings here and periodontitis treatment, and my oral hygiene has had a complete turnaround between the repairs done by the staff here, their advice, and my refocus on taking better care of my teeth, today I came in because I thought a deep feeling had turned into a root infection and they assessed it so quickly. Turns out my bite was just a little off and they fixed it no charge. It's just the little things like that (and the dentist sense of humor) that make me comfortable going here.

Our family absolutely loves Wichita Family Dental :D They have three locations in Wichita that are always more than happy to make sure all your dental needs are met. The orthodontist team is just phenomenal :) Addy is definitely a wonderful orthodontist team member that goes out of her way to make my visits so welcoming and fun :) Could not ask for a better experience ;)

I had Invisalign it was a great experience, went by so quickly. Felt so at home here!

I had a root canal and was very anxious going in, however, their staff was very kind and professional. The procedure was surprisingly much less painful than I had anticipated. Compared to what I thought going in, it was a pleasant experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone.

I had a tooth extraction done by Dr. Michael McDaniel. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole procedure easy. I'm not someone who trusts doctors generally, but I trust this man completely and will go back to Wichita Family for any/all dental needs moving forward. Receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. Thank you WFDW! I am so grateful 🙏

Best dental visit of my kids lives hands down! Patient, understanding, kind and did not talk down to them or me. Very impressed with their bedside manner and thrilled to bring my family here for all our future visits.

Lauren the dental hygienist was AMAZING! Very sweet and attentive! Would definitely recommend her if you’re planning to get your teeth cleaned.

I had such a great experience at this dental office!! Everybody was so kind and welcoming! My teeth feel so good after my cleaning, the hygienist was very thorough and did a great job explaining things to me. 10/10!!!!

Dr. McDaniel and Megan made my experience wonderful. I was very nervous about having my wisdom tooth pulled, but they worked quickly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Will definitely be back!
