Been to this KFC several times since new managers are taking over they've had exactly what I wanted every time when before every time I went in I had to sit and wait for them to get the food cooked but I think the new team is doing a great job keep up the good work guys

I was surprised by the customer service I received on a couple of visits in the recent past, when I asked for a menu item that needed to be prepared and would take extra time, the drive through attendant did not hesitate, took care of my order and brought it out to my car. Very polite and helpful!

KFC has come a long wave and the service is good that restaurant use clean the food is good for the money would like them to give me more gravy on my chicken fried steak but it always seems to be an issue that I usually go there every Wednesday

Food was terrible. Look like it had been sitting around. Had to take the chicken back. We ordered plain and it wasn't. Nuggets were small and hard. Had a long time in the drive through.

Taylor at the window gave excellent customer service. She demonstrated proper leadership skills relaying my order to the line cooks. The whole crew did an amazing job on my order. Will be back. Thank you all so much.

Me and my coworker have been here numerous times, and this Older Gentlemen has always been working each time.
He always comes up to us and asked how are food is and thanks us for our service in the USAF.
Now… we don’t like getting thanked for our service (it’s a military thing)

I personally don’t like to be viewed as a person above another person.

But this is one of the only people I don’t “cringe” when he is saying it! He has offered to buy us lunch and gives us extra food each time in this store.

Human to Human this guy has the attributes that the world needs more of!
I will drive out of the way, just to come to this Woodlawn store.
Even short staffed, all workers have an amazing attitude to their customers including myself!

10/10 recommend this place!

I'm visiting from Texas and we decided that we wanted KFC while we watched the football tonight. I had the most pleasant experience with the gentleman named Ron who worked the drive thru. He was so nice and polite and nowadays after COVID, you get some of the worst of the worst taking your orders at fast food establishments. This man deserves his flowers because he made me and my boyfriend's evening with his graciousness. Thank you Ron for the best treatment we've ever received in a very very long time!!!! Keep doing what you do and I know you'll never lose that great attitude. Hats off to you sir!!!

Ordered in advance a 8pc.meal through grub hub and the chicken was amazing! Hot,fresh,amazing! All props to them employees working tonight. Codiments were spot on.Thank you

The best KFC in town. Food is always fresh, tasty, hot. The staff has always been friendly and awesome.

When we decided to eat at this restaurant, we read some of the reviews and weren't so sure what we were getting ourselves into. But when we got inside, the place was really clean, the people were great, and the food was great!

Love me some good fried chicken. Their coleslaw is the bomb but mashed potatos have a lot to be desired. Always have. Other than that I'll eat there every week. 3 piece leg dinner extra crispy coleslaw and mashed potatoes and extra biscuits . when they are fresh they are awesome. With butter and extra honey. Only messed up one time. I'm a regular an know one of the managers so I get good service

i came too close to closing time and they were out of something but made another thing fresh the drive thru lady was gender affirming and tbh an angel i love her

I went to KFC, to get a Chicken Pot Pie, it was hot and fresh, straight from the oven, I always call ahead of time and ask the manager to put one in the oven for me...it takes about 22 minutes to cook, I'll time it so I'll be there right when it comes out... Thank You! KFC for Great Customer Service.

Fast service. Order is normally correct, even on takeouts.

We just realized our son is 13 yo and has never had KFC mashed potatoes and biscuits. Of course, he got some wings as well. Everything was delicious and the staff was outstanding. (We used the drive thru.)

blonde/red hair girl with black nails that was working the window was very polite & cheerful. Hard to get that at fast food places now a days so I felt like she needed to get some recognition.

We had dinner and we did not have to wait in a long line to order. We were able to sit where we wanted and the place was very clean. The food was great.

Every time I've gone through their drive through they are swamped and while it takes a tiny bit longer, the food is way hot and great. They are obviously running but always got it together! Thanks everyone!!

I used to be a chicken boy for a bout a year but the chicken boy at this location is a pro his name is gage and I asked for the three strip meal and he gave me a extra strip he was very speedy taking and making my order you gotta see this chicken boys skill he gave me all the dipping sauces and could handle multiplied customers request at one time he's legit KFC should sponsor this kid food was perfect even the biscuit only compliant is that the floor was a bit sticky by the pop machine
