Austin was a very helpful, honest, and professional salesman and I am very thankful he assisted as much as he did to get me into this car. Sure there's some scuffs and minor issues, nothing that can be touched up. As far as mechanical issues oil was filled a little too full, and the vehicle needs balances and some new brakes but again nothing that can't easily be fixed. I ran into some issues meeting the full down payment due to an emergency home repair and he took care of us. I plan on having my mechanic give the car a full rundown and go from there, as far as I'm concerned I am responsible for the car now so I will handle any problems. (Update) so here's the beauty the awesome guys at banter automotive helped get, so it turns out the car is in excellent condition I've just needed to upgrade and replace some suspension components but all is well 😁

My car quit driving and I had to park in a no parking parking lot. Luckily, these kind folks were right next to me. I walked over there, asked what to do and the mechanic working there pulled my car to his parking lot for me because I wasn’t comfortable driving it! Most friendly service I’ve had at a mechanic shop!

Just purchased a VW Jetta from them and could not be happier. Dustin and Austin are two of the easiest guys to work with. Straight forward deal with easy to read paperwork. Not like your typical big franchise dealership, these guys care and are really good at what they do. Would recommend anyone giving them a chance, you’ll find yourself very satisfied.
