Being new to the area I knew AAA would be the office for information on licensing my vehicle and changing my address to Kansas. Good location, friendly helpful staff. With over 40 plus with AAA I'm thrilled to be here.

Easy to renew membership and get maps for this year's trips

What a great experience to renew my driver's license at the AAA store!!! I've been a AAA member for more than 20 years, and always get the best service available! I entered the office and was directed to a desk where a lovely lady helped me renew my license!
After our business I was pleased to find several items in the store which were perfect for my traveling! Thank you AAA!

I had the best experience getting my license replaced. Very friendly and efficient, I was out the door with my temporary license in less than ten minutes and I just received my read one in the mail today....just 8 days later.....pretty good considering the covid 19 mess. Thanks to all at the AAA West location. What a awesome addition to the Kansas licensing department!!🙂 I rate my time with them a solid 5.0

My husband and I decided to go to Cancun for a vacation with our son this summer! It was such a pleasure to have such a wonderful experience with Travel Agent Amie McAnulla! She is top notch at what she does for her clientele. She made it a breeze to get everything that we wanted! Never before have I experienced such professional and friendly service. The driver was SO AWESOME. It was so slick on the ice, he kept sliding around trying to keep balance. It was a brutal night. Thank you for helping me out of the snowbank! Blessings

I have always had a good experience with AAA.. I was disappointed when I found out that I could not buy maps or tour guides. My membership recently expired and I thought this was something I could still purchase. The maps and tour guides do have prices on them but evidently they are for members only. I still recommend.

Was wanting to get the REAL ID before the cutoff date. This office made it quick and easy. Everyone was friendly and respectful. Definitely a great place to go.

Great group at West location. So helpful to plan a trip, lodging, where U can get discounts on lodgings, etc. If stranded in vehicle will send out a service truck or towing truck. Etc

I was so anxious and frustrated. The driver recommend the right place to fix the problem. I was satisfied and relieved when the car was back in good shape.

Get Kansas driver's license renewal with appointment time very easy.

I went to AAA to check on insurance on my house. Manny looked it up for me; and got house insurance for $527 per year less than what I had with Progressive Ins. What a savings for simply changing to AAA. Thanks Manny
