Charlie's Car Wash

We now have a lot of car washes to choose from in northwest Wichita. I have been to many of them and Charlie's is the only one I go to anymore. Their washes always seem to get my car much cleaner than the others. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

This place has got the best water pressure and you can see the soap coming out or the wax it's laying on thick here's what it makes my cars look like

They are excellent. The Chick-fil-A of the car wash industry. Staff is super polite, friendly, smiles on their faces, hard working and the gears are always turning to make create customer satisfaction.

Very very happy with service. A very good experience. Didn't get everything first time ran it again at no extra cost to me. Very clean. There vacuum are amazing. Will buy a monthly subscription.

Best car wash there is in wichita. On your receipt if your car gets dirty again within a couple days all you have to do is take it back show your receipt and get another car wash for free.

Jessica S. noticed that the wash didn’t remove the very stubborn bug guts on my windshield and had us go through the wash again and then personally hand dried the car and scrubbed off any remaining bug guys. She went above and beyond and made our experience great. Thank you!!!!

Really good car wash! Prices are reasonable for the quality of the service, and if there is a problem it is normally dealt with in reasonable time. If you are not happy with the wash they will run you back through or take care of it manually. Their inside service is very good but they are not a detail shop. Seems many expect that. I would not say they are not a "Great" interior service, but they are competent, they are very consistent, and they listen to what you want. So often that is the downfall of these places. I would very much recommend them to anyone.

These folks did a thorough, detailed job and I felt I had gotten an extremely good value for what I paid. My car was badly in need of a wash and picked up countless smashed insects during a night-time trip between Wichita and Topeka a couple of weeks ago; I also regularly drive around two small children who are not easy on cars, and the interior hadn't been cleaned for longer than I like to think about. That included an ice cream spilled in the fold-down arm-rest and drink trays in the back seat that I had chosen to forget about.

The crew here cleaned, and cleaned, and cleaned the car. After they deemed it finished, another employee inspected their work and pointed out to me a crevice that they'd missed, asking permission to put the car back in the bay to make sure the job was done. They worked their butts off and the car was perfect when they were finished. Really, a great place.

Stopped in after getting new tires at Bozleys. Thought I'd get my wife's car shined up. For the $40 I spent I feel like it was as good as any $100+ detail job I've every had done. The workers were all very friendly, all were attractive and looked clean and trustworthy. Very impressed with the quality I got from the work done to the customer service and professionalism to the final product which was a nice looking clean vehicle which also got me smile and love from my wife which was all worth it.

Staff was great. My Jeep was extra dirty (well, maybe just Jeep-level dirty) when I took it in. I purchased the Super Wash automatic package. After running it through, the Jeep still had mud in the running boards and about the tires. They noticed the mud while I was going through the dryer and asked me to run it through a second time at no charge. The whole process was quick, affordable and easy. Highly recommend!

They always do a great job cleaning my car, inside and out. I'll happily pay their price for a clean car, as I my children make messes quickly and often. It's a pricey adventure, but it's one of my favorite things to splurge on! Anytime they've forgotten to clean something they quickly fix the mistake. Rarely does it take as long as they expect. They are usually very fast!

The staff here was friendly and polite! Their prices are fair. The service I paid for was only $15, and their quality of interior cleanliness of my truck was comparable to professional detail shops. These professional detail shops can easily charge $85-$160, so this was a very good option for those who have lower budgets, like me!

It all depends on who is working, some of the team are very good with an acute focus on detail and getting every square inch clean and dry. But then the next person is just there collecting a paycheck and they just squirt a little water on you as you go by or just absent mindly wipe a rag around a bit and call it good. I think management could do a lot better at getting better help and properly training the ones who are motivated. All in all tho I usually get a clean vehicle and if its not they will gladly run you through again for free.

Charlie's car wash is still my favorite car wash in town. I love the convenience of auto pay and not waiting in line to pay. I'm subscribed to the unlimited basic wash. I feel like it's the best value.

Full service car wash. Stays pretty busy especially during hot and dry seasons. Prices vary for the type of service you pay for but they do a good job. Waiting area is clean and offers snacks and beverages at a cost while you wait. Waiting period can take a while during the busy season due to they service at least 9 vehicles at a time. Friendly service and curtious staff make the wait not so bad. Never had any problems or damage done as a result of this establishments service with regards to vehicle cleaning essentials. Recommended.

Great experience! I love the add on vacuum, wiping down dashboard, cleaning console, windows and more! Totally worth the $25.

Do a great job. If the car wash didn't quite get it they have sent me through again when getting the inside done as well. If you want the back cleaned make sure it is cleared out and that you tell them as it is an extra charge.

My first time goin since they opened, the one on west Street and Kellogg. I must say I was impressed half priced washes at that. I thought I had premanant bug tar on my front bumper for years. After the wash it was gone. Definitely will return. Vacuums was good also

I have had no problems but will add that if you don't buy the top package for interior, then you will get what you pay for. So many complaints about how poor service is but only want to pay very little. Have seen some people who haven't clean their car in years get good service and yet still complain. They have a time limit people.

Good clean car inside and out. They now have self service vacuums which is nice when I just need a quick clean. The quick self service kind that leaves your car fresh looking but maybe still a little dirt in the cracks cause your in a hurry.

Never had a problem with a clean truck afterwards. I have been to a competitor because Charlie's wasn't open early on a Sunday. Went to Charlie's the same day to finish what the other couldn't.
