I have been with Allstate and specifically Jon for well over 10 years. I switched when I was 20 and purchased my first home. Even with a recent wreck on my record I got very fair rates, amazing service and recommendations on how to build my policy in a way that gave me good coverage for my house and car without breaking my bank (I was a young single parent at the time). I have had a lot of offers to switch at the same rate but I have never hesitated to decline because I know Jon and his team have always been there to answer my silly questions and to get me documents at the most inconvenient times. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else, period.

So far so good. Had a few hiccups, probably my fault, moved all 3 vehicles, 2 houses..one paid off, one still in escrow.. to allstate. Jon was very helpful. Always answered my calls and questions!

Jon and his team are there for you no matter what! They know your policies very well and in your time of need they step up and handle the “business end” quickly and professionally, while caring about you as a person and your well being.

G'day , my family and i have used Jon Emmitt , for about 10 years , first when he was with Farm Bureau, then we tracked him down we we had found out we were getting a new FB agent because Jon had left. I had is cell phone as Jon has always been very good at returning calls and taking care of business quickly. Found out he had moved to Allstate and that he wasn't allowed to reach out to former clients, well anyway we moved all our policies over to him and he has saved us some money but more importantly, he built a relationship with us and gave us the customer service i have found missing in a lot of other agents. Jon is an agent i trust and highly recommend. He works hard keeping us on track without bugging us, give him a call , you'll be glad you did.
