I love my doctor so much! She really cares and i love it. Her nurse is also amazing! If been to horrible doctors before so it has been amazing these last few years to have a doctor who (ha see what I did there fellow whovians?) cares! I highly recommend Dr.Scripter.

Dr. Donna Logan is an amazing doctor and I am extremely lucky to be under her care. She specializes in eating disorders, and after going to doctor after doctor that told me to “just eat more” I finally found her. She immediately realized the severity of my case, had a medical plan for me within a week, and had me in the highest level of care in the nation within one month (and it would’ve been quicker had I not protested at first). I’m now in recovery from the eating disorder, she quite literally saved my life.

Beyond that, she has made sure to keep every facet of my care in mind, and has given me every opportunity to continue the path to recovery, from finding me dietitians and therapists, to making sure I get appropriate physical therapy to continue gaining strength while recovering.

She listens well and is never critical, and she will not give up on you. Her husband, Dr. James Logan, is also a great doctor who was willing to see me in a pinch when Dr. Donna was out of the office, and was able to immediately diagnose an issue the ER completely overlooked.

The doctors here, specifically the Logan’s truly care about every facet of each of their patients care.

The lab women are also great, they always get it on the first poke, and the one time I felt faint while getting blood taken they immediately knew what to do and comforted me throughout the process.

I’ve never had such positive experiences in any medical setting prior to this. Thank you all for everything you do.

I didn’t have the best experience at my last drs office and so far I’ve been twice and have no complaints! From scheduling over the phone, checking in, my drs nurse, and dr herself- everyone has been wonderful! I had a hiccup with insurance and the girls in billing helped work with me before my first appointment giving me all the help they could. Dr Mayans I feel is the first dr to really listen to me and take my concerns seriously. I don’t feel she does more than what’s needed and also isn’t pushing to get me out of the office. Wait time in the lobby is always a minimum- I’m so happy I switched drs!

Dr Nugent is awesome. Actually LISTENS to what is said and remembers his patients. Not the type who rushes and gives you 2 minutes of his "precious" time attitude at all... down to earth and thorough.

This is a great clinic. The doctors are very good and the lab staff is the best!

I love Dr. Foster and the Hillside Medical office! Dr. Foster is very helpful and she genuinely listens to your concerns when you go in for an appointment. Also, the staff has always been very helpful. Once, my husband had a terrible migraine, but Dr. Foster was out of the office. The staff got us in that day and her PA gave him a shot. Plus, they didn't even charge me a co-pay! I have also had to call the emergency line before, and Dr. Foster has returned my call promptly. I don't generally like doctors and neither does my husband, but we both really love visiting her office.

We love Dr. Charles-Smothers and her nurse Candace!! Love the fact that several members of our family are her patients also!! Always feel like I have had a visit with good friends. Never have we ever been disappointed with any of the staff as them being rude! There will always be disgruntled people in the world that no one can please!! Mable

Had my first appointment at this office last week. The office is very nice and all of the staff members I encountered were welcoming and friendly. My wait time was reasonable and the doctor I saw really took the time to listen to my concerns. I would definitely recommend Hillside Medical if you're looking for a new physician!

I love this office. Dr Hart is wonderful! The most kind and thorough doctor that I've ever had. Sometimes you do have to wait quite a while. For me it's worth it. I had to use the physician exchange tonight and Dr Logan returned my call. He was very nice and helped me out with my issue. Thank you staff and doctors!

Professional all around.. Office and clinic staff are nothing less than polite and treat us well.
Dr. Here's is one of the best docs we have had in 30+ years. Always takes the time needed to listen and explain.

Steven D. Penner, MD is thorough and kind. I switched doctors when my previous family doctor was not sensing the severity of a back pain issue was having. I was literally debilitated and went to the emergency room 3 different times in pain. I could not get relief. Dr. Penner got me to the specialists I needed instead of being told to take ibuprofen and rest or that I was seeking narcotics. It made all the difference in the world to my quality of life. They were able to find a lump inside my spinal column that was squeezing my main nerve off and causing all the pain and lack of use. Once that was gone, I walked out of there. If it had not been for the kind, thorough work of Dr. Penner, I might still not be able to walk and would be strung out on pain meds. The staff is nice, and I recommend this place. You need to understand that each and every one of them come from a person who thinks the world revolves around them, and care little for the average person. This place is great, though I have bias. Every low star review here is unjustifiable.

I love this doctors office. It's clean, quiet, and you're in and out in a hurry.

I don't recall ever sitting in the waiting room or waiting on the doctor for longer than 5 minutes minutes.

We've had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Foster, her nurse and any other doctors we've seen in a pinch.

The Doctors Logan have provided exceptional treatment and their office staff are very professional and friendly.

I like that they always get me in no matter what. My doctor and nurse are always on the ball looking for best results to problem.
