Heritage Pharmacy (Gateway)

Wonderful pharmacy. The pharmacists are very nice, professional and very helpful whether it's general questions about medications, insurance or otherwise but I have had nothing but top quality service from friendly faces at this pharmacy (as well as the Rosser location)

Always friendly and helpful. Helped with a coupon for a prescription which I just couldn't get figured out. Saved me no small amount.

I am very disappointed in Heritage Pharmacy. I have been going here for many many years and never had a problem. I recently called to ask for a refill on my prescription that I have been on, but wanted a three month supply instead of the one month they had been giving me. I used to receive the three month and it suddenly changed, so I wanted it changed back. I was told they would not do it because they don't make money off of it. I try to support locally owned businesses and being turned away because they can't make $25 (that's what the guy told me it cost him) really left a sour taste in my mouth. I am assuming I spoke with the owner of the company since I don't see why a pharmacy tech would care about what it cost them. I won't be going back again and probably will stick with big chain pharmacies from now on.
