Their Service rep called me to let me know that they were on their way. Within 1 hour of me receiving the call, I had running water in my home. Billy did and excellent job and was very professional. Their pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Superior Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Billy Sherman completed my service and he was exceptional. He was very professional, friendly, and thorough. I even told him I could wait until tomorrow, but he wanted to take care of it today so I wouldn't be concerned about it until he got here. (Give that man a raise)
Btw, he had to replace our sump pump. I will highly recommend them to everyone, and absolutely call them the next time I have a need.

I called Superior Plumbing and spoke to Greg about our water heater being out. He was very friendly and said he would check on a propane heater and call me back with a quote. He called back shortly with a quote and said they could be out the next morning by 8:30. I received a call from the tech around 8 and said they were on the way. The techs were very professional. The heater was in the basement and they had to come in the back where it was kind of muddy. They laid down drop cloths so to cover the carpet. When the job was finished you could not tell anyone had been there. Everything was cleaned up and the old heater was hauled off. I would highly recommend using this company. Very satisfied customer! !

My shower faucet broke and stopped working so I called Superior Plumbing and they had a technician out the next day. He was very prompt and worked quickly. He replaced the valve and the faucet and in less than an hour. He was thorough and explained what had happened and how he would fix it. Highly recommend them!

I called two other places. But Superior Plumbing was the most reasonable in price. The bonus part is that Billy, the plumber that installed the garbage disposal was professional and friendly. He wasted no time at all and got it done without any problems.

Give these experts a call for any of your plumbing needs. They are fast, friendly, and do great work! The first time I called them was when my hot water tank went bad and began to leak. They were at my house in no time to diagnose the problem and install a new one. And most recently after noticing a sharp increase in my water bill, I called them again and they again helped me diagnose the problem (a leak between the water meter and my house) and get it fixed, for much less money than I would have expected such a big job to cost.

I called around noon for the first time to see if a plumber could come out because the drain in the basement was backed up. The lady set me up for the following week. It was fine since it was a Friday and I should have called earlier. Anyways it was around 3 or 4 and the plumber called and said he could come out before the weekend. I insisted it was ok but he said it’s ok it won’t be any trouble I am just down the road. He came in 5 minutes and went to the basement to check out the issue. He let me know what the problem was and told me how to fix it myself. He said if it didn’t work to call next week. Well husband and I did what the plumber recommended and it did work and now my basement doesn’t flood when the washer drains. Thank you superior plumbing for guiding us and making our lives a little easier. The best part we saved a few hundred. What a great plumber you have superior plumbing!

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Great showroom, with a variety of products. They installed and service my HVAC system, as well. I will definitely use and recommend them, again.

Thermostat stopped working, they sent their guys out the same day!! They told me what time they would be there and the guys were in my driveway 10 minutes early! Same thing with my water heater a couple years ago, i would reccomend this company looking for quality, expierence and a crew that is acty on time! Thank you superior!!

Very good service on repairing leaks in outside faucets. Rebuilt the faucets for about 1/4 the cost of installing a new unit.
