Heartland Dental

I love this place to bits. They’re extremely kind, professional, and care about your needs. They get the job done and get it done well and in a timely fashion. I’m very thankful for them, my teeth have never been happier or healthier.

Monday morning ... my tooth is screaming at me and I need a dentist. Called Heartland and Karen asked if I could come in right then. That alone is AMAZING!! Everyone at Heartland is awesome! From Karen, Erica, Snow and the doctor. Dr. Andrew was very thorough. He explained everything and made sure I understood what was going on with my teeth. If you are looking for a dentist or an entire dental family, I would without a doubt recommend Heartland! Thank you to everyone at Heartland.

They are very professional and friendly.
They also let you know what it will cost with everything before they do any work. They do not just tell you but actually have it in writing.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist and team.

Always makes me feel comfortable getting my teeth worked on. Definitely keeps my anxiety away unlike other dentists I've been to before.

I’ve had trouble with other dentists.. this was by far the BEST experience with a dentist and hygienist. They explained things really well, told me step by step what was happening. Actually looked at my teeth, told me which exact teeth were having issues so I can focus on them. Down to the millimeter. Kind, considerate, detailed. Could not recommend them more. I’ve told everyone I know to switch to them.

Best decision I ever made! The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and professional. I'm always super nervous at the dentist, but they really know how to make you feel comfortable. I'm having major work done and Dr. Graff and Cori have walked me through everything and took the time to answer all of my questions with genuine concern, (and I had a lot of question). I went from tears to pure comfort. I love this team. Shannon and Karen always greet you with warm smiles and friendly conversation when you check in and out. If you are looking for a new dentist, this should be your first choice. My daughter even loves here. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

I have been working with Dr. Graff for many years. I have always been extremely happy with his service and the way he leads his Team. His staff is always friendly, on time, and efficient. His new office space is clean and the surroundings makes me feel like I am his only patient each time I visit. My family tells me the same, and my granddaughter loves them all. Never a complaint from her.
When I have a financial issue, his staff finds the best option for my family and myself, along with working around our busy schedules, I look forward to seeing my friends at Heartland Dentistry during my next checkup.

Very happy with all the interactions I've had with the folks at Heartland Dentistry. Office personnel great about taking time to explain insurance options. Dental hygienists very friendly and thorough. Dr. Graff has a very laid back attitude that I find refreshing. He has been willing to take a wait and see attitude on minor issues, never pushing to "hurry up" and jump into the complicated procedures. Feel like he did a great job on a recent crown, he was very particular about the installation and it paid off, I think the crown looks/fits/feels like the original tooth - or maybe better. I don't enjoy dental work (who does?) but I do enjoy visiting the great people at Heartland Dentistry.

Leah and Frances are fabulous hygienists. They have always taken great care of my teeth. I enjoy visiting with Candy in the front office and Dr. Andy is always very easy going and not pushy about trying to talk me into procedures or dental work. I would highly recommend them and I have personally referred several friends and extended family members to use their services. Thank you to the whole Heartland Dentistry team for taking great care of my and my family's dental needs!

DR.Graff is by far the best family dentist I have ever been to. His staff is friendly and helpful. Office is clean and relaxing so you feel at home. Candy is always a joy to talk to. My son had a new outlook on dentist after his experience because it went perfect. This is the only place I recommend!

I have lived next door to heartland Dentistry for 6 years. I've used dr Graff for a couple tooth extractions, now I'm in the process of getting dentures. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about me and are so inquisitive in regards to any problem I might have. I highly recommend heartland Dentistry. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

The entire process was amazing. I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 6 years and was extremely nervous. The woman who took my xrays and cleaned my teeth was SO gentle and kind, and thoroughly explained everything she was doing and seeing, which helped me to be much less nervous. I’m not worried at all for my 6 month cleaning now, and I’m glad to get my dental health back on track. The doctor was personable and kind as well. I’m going to tell all of my friends to come here from now on.

Love the staff here! Dr. Graff and his staff are so pleasant. My husband and I started going there after hating going to the dentist and we have never had the easy and smooth cleanings and better yet PAINLESS treatment! I recommend anyone who doesn't like going to the dentist because of sensitive teeth to go here. You are treated as a human, not just a numbered patient.

I'm posting this from the walmart pharmacy after just having 2 teeth pulled by Dr. Graff, during a last minute appointment that he squeezed in. I didn't feel anything and was in and out in about an hour. Best teeth pulling experience I've had. I've had a lot of different dentists in my life but he is by far the best. He's welcoming, knowledgeable and always keeping you updated through his process. His bedside manner is by far the best of any medical professional I've ever experienced. His staff is also very friendly and helpful. You never feel like 'Just another patient' when you're there. I recommend him to everyone I can.

I was a little skeptical at first when I made the first appointment mainly because of the location and I haven't been to that part of town for many years.
After my third appointment, between cleaning and a route canal, I am glad I did. Dr. B. and his staff are great to work with. Very informative and caring about my well being as they explained what needs to be done and what they were doing step by step. I recommend it for anyone. As of the location, it turned out to be as good as as anywhere else in the city and a lot easier to get to off of K96, then Broadway Exit.

LOVE Dr. Graff and his staff. They are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Graff goes above and beyond with his care and personal knowledge of each patient. He and his staff care about you as a person and take time to get to know you and your quirks. They are always professional and caring!

Dr. Graff is absolutely the best! He is as gentle as he can be while still effectively completing your dental care. He is always friendly with a warm smile (and baby blue eyes!); his ‘bedside manner’ is extraordinary, frequently checking if you’re okay or whether you need a moment; he’s exceptionally communicative, telling you before your procedure what he’ll be doing, updating you throughout, and summarizing how it went after he’s through. He’s also strikingly handsome! His staff are consummate professionals, and the very definition of amicable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 10/10, very satisfied with my care.

I was needing a lot of dental work done so I decided to browse the web this dentist popped up so I went to the site and seen that Dr. Graff offered everything I was needing done so I decided to give it a shot, I was very nervous as I hadn't been to the dentist in quite some time and had bad experiences in the past. As I went into the room I was really nervous but I must say Dr and his staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I told them I didn't want to feel anything and needed to be put out so I wouldn't feel anything, I did the nitris and he numbed me very well to do an extraction, he did the procedure and he was done. I said WOW your done that was AWESOME I didn't feel anything that's what I wanted thank you so much!!!! Dr. Graff and his staff treat you like family and I've been back to see him two more times for a filling and to fix and whiten my front two teeth, thank you Dr. Graff for making me have a beautiful smile again!!!! I have much more dental work to be done and I'll continue to see him!!!!!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this dentist!!!!

Best dentist office I have been to. Office is clean, staff is great. Dr is caring and respectful with his patients. I always go for a cleaning with the same person, she is the best!

These guys are amazing. They go the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience. Even pay attention to details like how to pronounce my name. I have never been more comfortable going to the dentist and no longer have panic attacks over it.
