Brent was exceptionally informative! He explained why and how our issue happened and thoroughly gave some recommendations.
Lucas is still training but did a great job snaking out the drain. He did it so quickly they were in and out within 30 minutes!!
I am truly grateful that they honored six month warranty. I didn’t have to pay anything today since they came out in October.

Mr Rooter has done several plumbing jobs for me. Great service, always prompt. They give you pictures of the damaged and explain exactly what needs repair and the cost up from. They guys are always professional and do great work! Highly recommend this plumbing company!!!

I have used Mr. Rooter before and have always been pleased with their work. Today I called for help with my toilets which needed updating. Brent and Lucas were friendly, helpful, and courteous. They assessed my problem and efficiently went about fixing them.I never have to hunt for a good plumber because I know when I call Mr. Rooter they will send plumbers like Brent and Lucas to solve my problem. One call problem solved.

Wonderful service! A friendly staff member took my call first thing in the morning about a leaking toilet shut-off valve. She was able to schedule us the same day (which we desperately needed). Brent and Lucas arrived a few hours later. After looking things over, they explained everything and gave us several options. We decided to replace toilets in both bathrooms. Another staff member brought the new toilets to our house so Brent and Lucas could start the work. They were very friendly and professional, and the work was performed quickly! We would highly recommend Mr. Rooter!

Brent and Lucas were extremely friendly. My appointment was from 8am to 10am. They were here shortly after 8am. And they were finished replacing my leaking and old hot water heater by 1022am. They cleaned up behind them selves I am a return customer for Mr. Rooter and will think of them whenever I need any other plumbing repairs. GREAT JOB.

I called after hours, my sump pump quit working and water filled the basement. My service man came out the next morning it was the morning we had a lot of snow.
He quickly identified the problem, replaced my sump pump.
Service was quick, my service repair man was very informative answered all my questions.

They did a great job. They quickly came out and diagnosed the problem water heater then got the parts needed. I appreciate the extra effort getting the water that leaked from the bad water heater out of the carpet, which really wasn’t their job but they realized I was laid up on crutches. Mr. Rooter has always been responsive to my and my real estate clients needs.

Called the office had Tim out the next day to replace hot water tank Was on time and explained everything he was going to have to do to get it up to code
Did it all before 3 pm and cleaned up after he was done. This is the second time I have used them. They maybe be a little high on the price but someone I can trust. Other companies was like 2 weeks out to even get to you or they didn’t answer the phone had to leave a message and never get a call back. So Mr rooter is the people I will always use now.

Brent and Lucas were both on time and very personable and got right to work and did a very good job of showing us what was wrong with our property!!! Two great guys!!!

The technician’s provided a detailed installation/service quotes. They also offered some recommendations when asked but did not push any extra products. These guys are awesome! I called because I had a root that had grown through my main sewer line. These guys came out in 30 minutes and had put a camera in it and found the clog (photo attached) and had cleaned it out. Then cammed the whole rest of the line to make sure everything else was good. Was about $350. Took about an hour and a half in total. Brent was super informative and a nice guy. These guys are good 👍.

Jon-Eric came by for a slow-draining bathtub. He went right to work and quickly identified the problem. The issue was solved in a timely and efficient manner. I'm happy to have reliable, dedicated people working on important aspects of my home. Thanks again!

Frank and Brent did an excellent job. Frank explained what our sewer issues where and showed me on the sewer cam before and after the water jet cleaning. He was excellent at explaining everything and making sure we understood what he was telling us. Frank gave us good options for now and our future sewer needs. Both Frank and Brent were professional and very personable. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs sewer cleaning, repair, or replacement. We live an hour from Wichita and after talking to them in the morning they had there guys out in the early afternoon and they stayed until the job was complete.

They arrived on time. Looked the job over and told me what my options were. Then when I gave the go ahead they were fast and through. Even fixing a couple of unexpected problems. I was very happy with the work that was done.
