Everyone was nice our salesman was Trenton, if you're shopping ask for him, he's very knowledgeable , definitely knows his vehicles, answered all questions asap, very nice. The buying experience as far as sales go was one of the best experiences one could ask for, 5 star sales, all nice people. They took care of everything they said they would. Found a couple things after buying that needed tending to & lets say they're good for their word, that's very telling. Need to find my son a vehicle, wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.

Received a new truck from Eddy's. The one I was looking for was not available on their lot. They did a dealer trade and with in a couple days I was driving it home. There was a few bumps in the road, but Ashley smoothed out the path. Thanks to everyone involved in getting my new ride.

We had routine oil service completed on our vehicle. Service department found a problem with front shocks. Service manager was very helpful and professional. Got the vehicle in and repaired in a timely manner. Great team to work with on service and repair.

I was very pleased with my care car! It was quick and painless! I was treated with kindness and shown suggested needs( filters changing) before it was done. I also appreciated the service tech video to see the status of the underneath parts of the vehicle. Thank you!

I live out of state & needed an oil change. Eddy’s got me in the day arrived in Wichita. Victor checked me in & was friendly, efficient, and thorough! My truck is with them again as a thermostat sensor is out. While we’re waiting on the part & Chad has stayed in communication with me and I GREATLY appreciate that! Everyone at Eddy's was great. They easily portray that they all care for their prospective clients. I believe they are sincere. It was nice that they had every stage of the process covered in-house. I especially appreciate that the vehicles are thoroughly inspected mechanically before they are released.

The one thing that concerns me about the auto sales business as a whole right now is the speed at which you can part ways with the last of your liquid assets. Because of inflation, we are getting half of the vehicle for twice the money. I had to purchase a vehicle that has over 150,000 miles and lacked a couple of the features I feel are necessary for my intended useage, so that I could afford it. Not their fault.

I want to thank the folks at Eddy's for all of the time they put into finding me a very nice vehicle.

Best car buying experience I've had. We found a vehicle we liked online and called to verify it was available (we live 2+ hours away). Joseph verified it was there and sent us some additional pictures. He then set an appointment time for us to come in and drive it as we requested. He had the car waiting for us and everything ready to go. There was no sales pressure or nonsense. We used dealer financing which was a simple process along with competitive rates. We were in and out in a couple of hours. Really appreciated the follow up call about 48hrs later from quality assurance just to ensure everything with the sale went ok. Top notch dealer from sales team, finance team, and management.
