Chris, Rocky and Nick were great to work with. Very polite, professional and prompt. Everyone communicated well and got the job done. Chris found leaks and explained how and why in a way I understood. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I called Browns Plumbing regarding a rushing water noise coming from behind my shower, having had the same area worked on by a different plumber a year and a half ago, I was assuming it was the same thing that needed fixed.

Chris was so kind and helpful on the phone, I was at work all day and he told me to call him if the noise was much worse when I got home. It was, and he was so kind enough to come to my house, after hours, and teach me how to shut off my water.

Being a woman you sometimes still run into contractors, mechanics etc who try to take advantage of women (in my experience) and it was so refreshing to not have that experience with Chris.

Very friendly and knew how to resolve our problem/delay further repairs with the water heater. Worked quickly and also made sure to inform us on potential repairs in the future as well as giving an estimate on replacing the unit. We will be using them again when the time comes!

Yesterday morning I franticly called Brown's Plumbing with a sewer emergency. I had taken the day off and had a different company cancel their appointment an hour before they were supposed to show up. Chris was nothing short of amazing and was able to squeeze me in! Although they were packed with appointments that day, he sent Rocky over within an hour to help me out. Rocky was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions and was able to clean out our sewer line successfully. I can't express enough gratitude towards Chris and Rocky! We had a plugged kitchen drain and called Brown's Plumbing Services. Rocky & a co-worker came to our home and replaced some pipe & cleared the drain. Rocky was most informative and very polite for such a young man. He certainly knew his business and was very professional. They moved me to "first call" since I had to turn off my water due to faucet and stop valves failure allow water to flood into space under the sink. Fixed it in less than two minutes for a reasonable price. Thank you Brown's Plumbing

I had a leak in my bathroom sink and Browns Plumbing was able to send a plumber that same week. The plumber they sent is named Rocky. He explained the problem using terms the average person would understand. He was very efficient and completed the job quickly. I will be recommending Browns Plumbing to my family and friends.

I can't recommend Brown's Plumbing highly enough! I'd had two other companies out to fix an overflowing floor drain, but both failed.
Rocky was incredibly polite and professional, and answered all my questions, even letting me know why it wasn't fixed and what the plan of action would be. He and Damien did a fabulous job, and even went above and beyond and cleaned my garage when they finished! Chris was great to work with as well, all super guys.

I hired Brown’s Plumbing to do all the plumbing on my new construction house. They have been very professional, attentive to our wants and needs, and do phenomenal work. Through the process I have met multiple crews and they are all extreme friendly/knowledgable.

While they were out wrapping up a few things with my new construction I was talking with one crew member about a leak at my mom’s house. He was eager to go over and help locate the leak. He found it, and we had a bid from Brown’s the next day. They were able to schedule the job for the following day and had crews out first thing in the morning.

Chris spent a ton of time making sure we understood everything on our basement finish. Plumbers that came onsite were nice and helpful!

I was in a panic yesterday when my hot water wouldn't turn off in my bathtub. They got me fit in today and got it all taken care of. Nick was so kind and was quick at getting it all figured out. My whole family only uses Brown's for this reason. They are always professional and do great work.

They did a great job on my pump in the basement. Called them 2 days later for another job and they told me they could do it same day. Rocky showed up at my house within an hour and got it knocked out before noon! Very kind professional salt of the earth kinda folks. Will be calling Mr. Brown for any future plumbing needs!

All employees seemed exceptionally knowledgeable. The work was done in a crawl space - I could not answer to “good quality”. I had a MAJOR crack in my sewer line - on the top portion of the cast iron pipe; I would never have found this if I hadn’t had an inspection of the crawl space which was for unrelated equipment. I have no previous experience with sewer line replacement, but I believe the price was extremely reasonable.
