Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Bismarck North

Libby,Lexi, Marie, Amber, and Roy were so very helpful and friendly. My daughter and I were staying there on our trip out of the country. I’ve never met more friendly people as the ones in North Dakota. Roy even taught me the meaning of Dakota (friend). Such good people. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. A nice clean hotel. Friendly staff, “and can I get a hot tub!” It was a great way to welcome us to Bismarck.

Was very clean. The breakfast was the best. Very friendly workers. Thank you for all the you do. Keep up the great work. I’ll definitely stay there again.

I got in fairly late (around midnight) traveling alone, and immediately I felt safe here. The lady who was working overnight, Stacy, was so welcoming, the room was clean, and the breakfast was better than many I’ve had at other properties!! They even let me spin a wheel and I won 500 Marriott BonVoy points!! The woman who served breakfast was an absolute SWEETHEART. I think her name was Lara (it started with an L). So accommodating. I would definitely stay here again! Perfect pit stop for my trip to Glacier National Park!

👍 excellent!! The staff at this hotel are very exceptional and accommodating. This is a very rare quality to see these days super clean, very quiet and low-key. They do not accept pets which is awesome for me because I’m highly allergenic😊. The building is aged. Definitely need some TLC but the staff make up for everything. I look forward to another stay at this location

Both Jeff and Stacy at the front desk were so friendly and caring. My room was spotless and comfy. The hot breakfast buffet was excellent as well. So good to have bacon and eggs and not just cold items as some other hotels currently offer. Also there was no shortage of pillows or towels. I've often stayed at the Residence Inn about a mile away, but the price was much less here, and the staff really made a difference!

The room was very clean and well maintained. All of the staff was friendly and professional. We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience. According to the rating system, this is a 2 star hotel, but it has the quality service of a 3 or maybe 4 star hotel. The rate was in the lower mid-price range making it an excellent value.

Stayed here for two weeks for work back in October, so my company paid for it. There was a group of up to 15 of us staying here at one time and they treated us so well. The staff was very enjoyable. Matt working the Front Desk was awesome. We enjoyed the hot tub a lot and the pool. They were renovating the rooms on the third floor during this time but never really caused an inconvenience. The continental breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage and gravy, muffins, bacon, waffles, etc. Very pleased!

I am a platinum traveller and always ask for extra towels and extra pillows, It rarely happens especially with a one night stay. I not only had double pillows, they were the really good fresh Marriott pillows and double towels. Well done Fairfield! This hotel is very quiet in the room and immaculate as well. Nice spacious room and very clean bathroom. Chelsea at the front desk was very efficient and friendly at check in and she gave me a follow up call to check and see if I needed anything and if the room was OK.

Very comfortable beds and pillows! The desk clerk was very nice and helped us with a room change to accommodate our party. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety, and my children enjoyed the salt water pool. Note: Pool depth starts at 3'8" and goes to 4'11".

This place is great! I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bismarck. The breakfast was awesome, the staff here are first class, and it’s close to pretty great restaurants, and stores. The indoor pool was nice, and spa was nice and hot.

I would definitely recommend this place for a hotel. It's Kinda cheap and the beds are so comfy. The food is delicious.

Ray, whom was working the front desk the evening I arrived is a phenomenal employee for your company. Not only was he extremally kind but was informative about the city for it being my first time in Bismarck, ND! He gave me a drink ticket to the local brewery and the man I sat next to was also staying at the Fairfield Inn and had nothing but kind things to say about Ray as well!
Ray created the welcoming environment and customer service every hotel business needs!

Great service, clean rooms. I'll recommend to change the lights on the Jacuzzi to a different color. Current light color makes it looks not welcoming to be honest. Thanks for all your hard work.

This is a great place for kids sports teams. Josh, the second shift front desk guy was a great host, letting us hockey parents set up our party in the lobby area. And the third shift girls were great also. I went to my room at 4:30am and never heard a complaint from the staff.

Great location. Easy access to highway. Grocery store next door. Friendly quick check in. Room was excellent. King bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was the best. Super clean. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Would highly recommend

The manager there is AMAZING!!! We booked a hotel in the wrong city and after we cancelled we couldn’t find anywhere to stay!! We found this hotel online and booked it, but then realized the pool didn’t work. Everyone was freaking and the manager was totally calm. This place took us in and let us sit in the lobby and make a plan. They even helped us cancel our reservations and didn’t charge!! Thank you Jose (manager)!!!!! Will recommend this place!

Very nice rooms for the traveler well within your budget. Extra clean and nice staff. Plenty of restaurants in the area to satisfy your needs and the mall close by. Short drive to airport, 6 minutes away. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Nice pool and work out machines.

The location was centralized for every event and close to restaurants and other shopping amenities. The rooms were clean and well stocked and the staff was very friendly. It was reasonably priced for a holiday weekend and the breakfast was fresh and tasted good.

Unfortunately due to the ever-changing situations with Covid, our group's event that was planned to be held in Bismarck was cancelled. While we were not able to stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites, the customer service that we experienced during the entire process from booking the rooms, communication in between to confirm our reservations, and eventual cancellation was some of the best and most professional service I have experienced over the last several years. We travel a lot and are often working with hotels, reserving fairly large numbers of rooms each time and the experience we had working with the managment at Fairfield Inn was above and beyond our typical expectations and because of that felt it was necessary to leave a review.
