Avis Car Rental

The online rental transaction was simple and a good price. The small car I booked was not available when picking up the vehicle, however an upgrade was received at no additional cost. I would have never rented a van, but it was actually very nice and drove well. Picking up the vehicle and returning it was easy and quick. I will rent from Avis again.

Excellent service around 6pm on Friday June 23rd, 2023 for Avis Preferred.

They had the car I wanted (Corolla) ready to go before I arrived, just had to pickup keys from the desk and be on my way, not even an exit agent or entry agent upon return to deal with.

And it's a short sub-minute walk across the street from the terminal!

We needed a 4x4 suburban or similar vehicle to drive through the mountains and the staff pulled through. There should be an option to click when making the reservation but we were able to get what we needed by calling the counter manager ahead of time and they put it in the notes. However it was not guaranteed. The staff did pull through! Thanks again Avis team!!!

Staff is the best. They'll do their best to get you into your car. No problems at all. Across from airport so convient. Really good people. Clean top of line cars.

I was offered a free upgrade and the car was very comfortable. The car I received was a Chrysler Pacifica. This car was a hybrid and I had to ask Joe, the rental agent, how to start it as it was so quiet! I'd never started a hybrid car and couldn't tell it was actually on! The dial to switch gears took a while to get used to, but it was easy. I dropped the car off prior to the desk being open and returning the keys was a bit confusing. Other than rental cars being super pricey right now, this was a good experience.

I picked up a rental on the night of Sept 15th. The dude working at the counter gave me good service. I was given a nice Mazda SUV with TX license plate. It made me feel like a rich guy from Dallas driving that for 1 day. God Bless.

The staff were very helpful explaining various parts of the car I needed. The returns Lady explained how to open the fuel tank filler, what type of gas and such like. The Man at the desk went through all the various options available to me that I had declined earlier, in case I now wanted to change my mind. He explained them rather than just state them. The car was larger than I expected, but it was clean inside and out.

This Avis was an absolute life saver. Our personal car died COMPLETELY. We were at our wits end trying to get a rental this last Friday. Everyone else seemed to have a waiting list or needed something I didn't have. This angel when I walked up didn't tell me she couldn't help me. I had my husband and 1 year old son with me. My little dude had already had a longer trip than we had bargained for. He was being a real trooper, and thanks to the AMAZING woman that helped me almost instantly with getting a car to get home, he didn't have to deal with the vacation driving for much longer. THANK YOU SO MUCH! You guys are amazing!

We've started using Avis and have not had a bad experience. ICT staff is very helpful and it's an easy location to get out and in quickly.

From booking to returning the car the people at Avis created a hassle free experience. Great car, great service and great bookends to a 4000 mile trip to see our kids. Can’t say enough good things. Thank you Avis.

Our flight was over 4hrs late arriving after the advertised closing time of Avis. The agent at the desk remained open until the flight came in and was very pleasant to work with even though she was heading out on her own flight in less than 6 hrs. Definitely will be using Avis whenever possible!

Easy check in online and clean car/van.

**On the other note: The staff (at the time) was a little bit dishonest. When I said I have a discount code because I work at an ABC company. She said, YES you already have the discount applied. I asked...........HOW? I haven't put in any discount code or tell you where I work. She pretended like she RE-check, then told me, "it's the same rate". Since it was a line of people behind me and I was late. I completed the booking and left.

The young man at the desk was very friendly and pleasant, and the woman who received my car was also friendly and pleasant
