Payless Car Rental

Staff was great both picking and and returning and the car was very clean unlike the cars I've rented several times from AVIS at the DFW Airport.

Very helpful staff at the Payless/Avis counter, amazing people!

Great experience! Familiar with Avis, the parent company so I was a little unsure about dealing with Payless. But it was very easy and the counter representative was extremely personable. Recommended upgrade which was affordable and definitely needed. They also recommended pre-pay gas option considering location of airport. I will definitely be using them again!

Needed to rent a car at last minute and found one here for $21 a day online.

Very reasonable rates if you want to drive to the airport. Friendly staff and great service.

No outrageous fees like other car rental companies. My total two day rental was $53.
Plus I received free upgrade because my selected car wasn't available.

I would recommend them on last minute rentals. Just like any business they want the sales for day if they have car available. So if cutting a deal is what it takes that's what they do. It's all sales.

There were several things that made the last two days high-stress for me. Both when picking up the car and returning it, the staff were friendly, competent, and caring - two bright spots in a difficult time. Thanks!! And the car was lovely.

The staff at Wichita airport was not helpful at all while I was waiting in line to pick up the car. Did not know Avis and Payless were company affiliates because the Avis agent acted like the Payless line was not her responsibility, until she moved over to Payless counter side to finally assist me. I was not in a rush so I would have waited patiently and given a better review. Drop off was easy, staff was helpful and friendly. The car was fine and in good condition…which is why I gave 3 starts at least.
