The LCD screen on my last phone (Unlocked Pixel 5) ended up malfunctioning today after I slipped and fell on some ice Christmas Day. Verizon solutions specialist Kassie was very easy to work with and began helping me as soon as I walked in the door, and got me set up with a brand new replacement phone of a Pixel 7 Pro, which was going to be much cheaper than had I of bought it directly from Google Headquarters as I originally planned to. She also searched for discounts for accessories to go with my newest phone, explained all the transfer procedures, and even helped give me recommendations for Verizon international phone service if I was to visit Europe for vacation. All in all, she was a great help and made a bad day slightly better with her friendliness and expertise!

This is the store you need to go to. We came here after being screwed over by the store on Maple and Maize. Quinton let me explain the entire situation and then proceeded to help make things right. He was very knowledgeable, concerned about how we were treated previously, and eager to help us. He helped cancel everything that was done previously and ended up getting me a better deal than I was promised at the other store. We were very happy with the service we got from Quinton…especially considering I was ready to cancel service after our experience with the other store. He saved the day! If you need help with anything having to do with Verizon, I would highly recommend going to Quinton. He’s my go to guy. Very happy customer now!

The girl who helped us (unfortunately did not catch her name) was quick to acknowledge us after walking through the door, made sure to address our problem quickly and was very attentive with other customers in the store. She promptly got us a new SIM card for my grandmothers phone and explained the next steps, that a test call would be made to ensure it was working properly. Nothing but good feelings after leaving the store today. I only wish I caught her name so I could recommend family and friends ask for her when they go in!

They are always polite, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Had issues with on line chat so I went in. Talked to Michael and his trainee Glenda. He took care of my issue and gave me great advice. He didn’t sell me a thing and didn’t try. He was a straight shooter and I appreciated that. He truly had customer satisfaction in mind. Hard to find now days

Kyle is outstanding as a customer service representative. I had issues exchanging a new phone I had been advised was defective by a Verizon phone service rep. Exchange phone was not available at store I purchased new phone from but was at West store. We had already spent a good deal of time on the issue. Kyle was very patient and understanding. He answered numerous technical questions

I walked in for the first time at this Verizon store location & was pleasantly greeted by Taylor Spencer--Solutions Manager. He immediately took care of my phone needs. Taylor is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. With his help, my phone issue was quickly resolved. Thanks Taylor for a job well done! I'm a very satisfied, day 1 customer of Verizon & will continue to be!

Torie was absolutely hilarious!! Really great personality for a sales person. However, I have been trying to contact him by his work phone for almost 2 weeks and have had no response. I have a ipad waiting for me to pick up but when I got there thee was a sign on the door saying it was closed and this was during working hours. I checked the website to see if they are open since it's 11am now and it still says closed. I need some sort of communication here. This is not how a business should operate. I want my ipad today and need the sales person to call me back today.

Been here twice in two weeks and both times there were available people to help me right when I walked in and both were super nice guys. I could just chat them up and get what I needed and get out. They were very nice, very quick visits.

The employees were very nice. The gentleman who assisted me was very patient with my lack of technical expertise, which I appreciated. He answered all my questions.

Fancy store with lots of cool gadgets to play with and buy. Wait time isn’t awful, but even if it was, as a consumer in the tech world, I understand that purchases and transfers take time. If i’m in a time crunch, I can go online and schedule an appointment which helps with wait time. Jake and Nate and Thor are all great to work with, and i’m sure many of the new faces there are too! Will definitely be back!

Awesome customer service by Thor (I believe is what his name tag said). Went in on May 5, got a new phone, took it home and got it set up. After two phone calls, (the first night I had it). I had an issue with the phone. Took it back and Friday the 10, due to living so far away. Ended up with the same guy did a few tests to confirm what I was saying. Got the issue taken care of, really quick and hassel free! Thanks Guys!

My husband and I went into the store and confessed to Grant that we were smart phone newbies. He was so helpful and willing to share his own knowledge and experience. We are ecstatic with our phones and a great deal of our satisfaction is due to Grant's help. He found us the best plan and the best price - we are so happy with our switch to Verizon.

Contrelle (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was an amazing service rep. He was so kind, patient, informative, knowledgable, and helpful. I hope he is at this store the next time I need something. He has a million dollar smile and great personality.

Joshua Price was the best salesperson I've ever met in my life. Amazing. Polite. Knowledgable. He's who anyone and everyone should buy their phones from.

It was fine short sweet and I got done what I needed to get done again man that waited on me Cody was very good at what he did and change the number I need to change ASAP. Yes I would go back in there again

Miranda and Grant are technically savvy and also know a great amount of information about their product. Also, along with product knowledge, they also give awesome customer service and provide any support whenever I have a question. I live North of Wichita and I drive out of my way to get great service...they provide that for me. Ask for Miranda or Grant. Their service ROCKS

Macie was excellent very responsive to assisting with a claim for a stolen phone best customer service ever!!! This store is fantastic because of people like Macie strongly recommend using this Verizon store for ALL cell phone needs!!

I try to handle everything online, but had to go here for some upgrades. Great customer service and got done what I needed in a timely fashion.

Very knowledgeable staff. Ask for Grant for a solutions specialist. He got us on a better plan for the same price quickly and with a smile.
