I can’t say enough about these guys. I live 635 miles away and the communication through phone calls, texts, and emails was great. Francisco was amazing. I needed pictures of the under carriage and he didn’t hesitate to get the vehicle on the lift and get them for me. I was very cautious of buying sight unseen, but Francisco assured me the vehicle was solid. He was not wrong. I love my new vehicle. It’s just a toy for me to play around in the winter and in the dirt, as I have 4 other vehicles for summertime fun. I can’t recommend these guys enough. I flew out on Saturday morning, they picked me up at the airport, and the deal was done in an hour. I just want to thank Francisco for being honest and upfront. That’s rare these days. The vehicle was priced well under market value. If you need a vehicle, give Francisco a call.

Purchased a 2006 Cadillac CTS from Adam - Car was Sold to me AS IS due to the Hail Damage on the vehicle. Adam gave me a damn good price , plus a 60 day Warranty and I told him I would fix the damage myself. Car seemed to check out very good mechanically and interior was immaculate!! Few weeks later ....got it all fixed and repainted!!! BOOM car looks great !!! Barley started driving the car and ...the starter went out on me!!! I called Prestige ...spoke with Josh. He understood my concern and stated that Warranty , of course, does not cover everything,,BUT..he told me not to worry...He and Adam will take care of me!!! Josh arranged for the tow of my car, and had already discussed the issue with the Shop and was already sourcing me a starter for the Cadillac!!! I was not in any hurry ..I told Josh/Adam to keep the car as long as they need ..just please make sure it gets fixed. Josh called and said it was the starter and got it replaced!!! As I picked upped the car, Josh and the team were impressed with the work that was done to the hail damaged car and how great it looked !! We sat and chatted about the Car Business, and Josh expressed how he really tries to focus on Customer Service ...Let me tell you ..the guys here got that down!!! I was hesitant to purchase from a Car Lot on South Broadway...but I think I will come to Josh and Adam again for another vehicle!!!

I stopped by on a Sunday and seen a truck I liked and after a week I finally had time to stop by and look at the truck and take for a test drive. After talking with Francisco and test driving the truck I was very pleased with my service and how well I was treated by him on buying the truck I got. I have came to prestige twice now, once in 2020 and a second time in 2023. I still have my firat car from here and am still very pleased with it. Employees are very nice and knowledgeable, Francisco helped me both times and he deserves 5 stars. I will be returning for any use car needs in the future. Very reliable place!

So I found a car on FB that was posted, messaged them a few times about it that day and the next morning I was able to go look at it. Found out it wasn’t even posted on their website yet. I showed up and got a test drive right away. After signing paperwork the detailers washed the car but didn’t fill it up, Emily went out of her way and paid out of pocket for a full tank from dead empty for it! Absolutely the fastest dealership experience I’ve ever had too! In and out in 3 hours! The only complaint I would have is the detailers not doing a thorough detail and cleaning the trash out of the car and washing the engine bay. But like I said, I got to the car before it was even posted to their website, so I didn’t give them much time to do anything…

This dealership was top notch! Tony went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the truck I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a truck the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! Francisco was the first person to greet me on my first visit there and he is fantastic to work with, the entire team is. I told him I was looking at something for my wife and she wasn’t sure what she wanted so we’d probably be in a few times. Each time we stopped in Francisco always came over to say hi and let us know he was there if we needed anything. I figured by the fourth or fifth visit he’d be on “break” when we pulled in, but he was always there with a smile ready to help. We finally found the perfect vehicle for her and ended up getting me one also. I would highly recommend this lot; Francisco, Luis, and Brandon are all great people to work with that want you to be happy with your purchase.

Wonderful service! Luis was awesome! Gave me a great deal on a 2012 Acadia! Exactly what I wanted. I made an appointment to get the front brake pads done, they accommodated me and 3 toddlers. The wait was longer than expected, they ordered and served us pizza and waters. Not only did they replace my front pads, they did my back brakes and rotors. I also discovered my heat was not blowing out of my back vents, I called and was able to drop my vehicle off immediately! Great service and friendly employees! I would definitely recommend Prestige Auto!
