Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bismarck, ND

We attended a friend’s pool party on the afternoon of March 23. I was impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the room, and the staff had clearly listened to the needs of my friend and provided a great location! The pool was a great space for our kids! Sadly some kids/teen in another group were stopping partway down the slide, causing a hazard especially for the younger kids. I attempted to get their attention to stop this, then a child from another group started reporting to me. I was a little embarrassed but approached the front desk to see if any assistance was available… I was SO impressed by the immediate response from 3 friendly staff members! The manager (David?) immediately went to the pool area and asked if I could identify the people involved. He wanted to be sure safety came first, and he put our group at ease. Staff continued to monitor the area for the rest of our time there, with Kumar also coming in and alerting some kids to behave in a safer way. Kumar and the 3rd gentleman at the desk (sorry I forgot his name) were also very helpful with another request we had later. I have worked in the hotel industry for many years and this was definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had, really feeling like staff were attentive and responsive!. I’ll absolutely be recommending them to other friends as well!

Beware though, they have a huge pool and waterslide, so there are lots of families with small kids. Doesn't bother me a bit though

The room was very nice, hotel staff were very kind and the pool was tons of fun. Space Alien bar and grill was like walking distance so location is great as well. Good place!!

Kumar was able to get me a room on a very busy night and was very charismatic he works so well; I was about to drive up to another place but he convinced me to come back since a opening came up right away. He deserves a raise he works hard and his professionalism is unmatched.

As we called for a room an hour out from the city we lucked out an got a room our host who check us in I believe his name was Kumar also who was very kind and informative he assisted in answering our questions of food and fun within walking distances along with situating our two groups of people efficiently…. Great job and thank you Mr. Kumar for making our stay enjoyable we look forward to staying with Country inn and suits in the future.

Kumar was awesome and the experience was super nice! We even got care packages in the rooms! Good price, great service

Kumar helped me with a last minute room and was very understanding of my difficult situation. He was kind patient and went above and beyond to help make arrangements work while also being very tentative and kind other guests throughout the process.

Will absolutely be coming back for stays in town.

Kumar at the front desk was very pleasant and had some treats at the front for my kids. The rooms smell great and appear to be updated and clean.

Great location, always hot coffee, and all the hotel staff was always ready to help you at a moments notice with a friendly smile on their face.
Very comfortable rooms at all times and always prepared when you were ready to reach your room in the evening.

The freshly updated rooms were spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly. As an added bonus, there were several options for food within walking distance.
