This is by far the best Jewelry store we have ever shopped in! The staff are all Amazing and always recognize us as soon as we walk in! I have always had my wedding band cleaned and serviced here since we moved to ND in 2012 and it has always been a great feeling going in there. My husband even loves goin in because the ladies know what caught my eye the last time I was there so it makes easy gifting for him ;). I love all my pieces that we have purchased from here and look forward to more. The Great Staff are what make this store stand out!

From the manager Erica to the sales staff they are great. So pleasant to work with. Special shout out to Dolores and Makayla for just being you. I recommend this business to everyone looking for best quality and best customer service. This is the only jewelry store I will shop at.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with the Manager on Duty tonight. Grateful that she was willing to assist me with a shipping challenge, as well as just providing amazing customer service.

Hello my name is Kaitlyn Sparks, Damaris and Eric recently helped us with our wedding bands. I just want to take about my experience, this was our first time doing such a thing, we was nervous and a bit embarrassed because we had to ask for a loan and and they helped us in every way, I left with not just the biggest smile on my face but now everytime I go to the mall I’m going to stop in and check on my girls. That’s just how comfortable I got with them in a short amount of time. Again I highly recommend such beautiful soul people there.

Kay Jewelers is the only jewelry store I go to for my jewelry. I have been for many years. My mom did, also. They always have excellent service and if I do need repairs on the pieces I have gotten there, it is well done. I always use the excellent warranty they offer. I recently had a new stone to replace the one that I had chipped. It looks wonderful! I always enjoy visiting when I have my “check-ups” (twice a year) with the associates. I highly recommend Kays in Bismarck.

We purchase all of our jewelry here. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and quick to help. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. The manager is amazing and we would recommend her and her staff to anyone looking for beautiful bling blings.

Every time I walk in To do my inspection and cleaning they are so welcoming. Always are quick to ask how they can help. Today I had Damaris helping me at the Bismarck location in the mall. She is so sweet and always has a smile on her face. Very helpful and in depth on the inspections.

To be honest I’m very picky, and we were in here many time to find the right ring. Staff was always courteous and helpful and never made me feel like I was wasting their time. When we went back in to look for men’s rings they were just as helpful even though the men’s rings cost significantly less than mine had. I’ll shop here again!

This is a great store to buy quality jewelry at a reasonable price. Moreover, the staff at the Bismarck Kay's are always helpful, very friendly, cordial, and work hard to satisfy me, the customer! I can't think of any time in the many years I've been coming here that I've ever been unhappy or dissatisfied. They're the best!

I stopped into KAY as the first of a few places that I was going to check out to look for a necklace. Damaris greeted me the moment I walked in and was so helpful in choosing the appropriate length and getting the chain I wanted ordered in from another store within the fairly short timeline I needed. I would definitely recommend, and I will be back!

My soon to be wife and I stopped here to look at rings for our last minute wedding ended up finding what we both wanted. The ladies there were friendly and extremely helpful.
