Nick and Jim were the guys who helped me moved and it was simply the best moving experience I have ever had. I worked for a company who relocated me about once every year so I have moved a few times. I have tried it myself moving from a 3rd story apartment and after trying out helping u move I will never do it myself again! These guys were friendly, efficient, and made every piece of our furniture fit nicely where it was much easier to unload. I drove a 20' foot U-Haul truck and nothing moved an inch in the drive, I couldn't say the same when I did it myself. Worth every penny, these guys are great!

These guys were exceptional at packing a U-Haul and saving space. I watched as they handled everything carefully. They communicated often with me and I super enjoyed the questions. Will hire again as other services were worthless that I’ve had in the past.

They were great and very punctual. I hired them to help me load my uhaul and they showed up a bit early and helped me load my entire apartment up in about one hour. I was very pleased with them and would hire them again.

Need to move and quick? Helping U Move is what you need. Not only were they available in short notice they moved us so quickly we ended up paying less than we estimated. My kids didn’t get all their stuff packed and the Helping U Move crew helped them pack up their “stuff” and loaded it. They are efficient and friendly and by far the most impressive moving company I have ever used. God forbid I move again but if I do Helping U Move will be my choice.

These two gentlemen that moved my things from the truck to house, transferred furniture from house to truck and then truck to storage! Awesome hard professional workers! I will definitely use them again!

Recommend highily fast n professional service on time . Jim and his crew very fast and safe. Handle all your items you cherish n love with care like it's there own.

Pretty quick with loading and unloading. Setting up service needs a little more improvement. Hard to get ahold of someone to answer your calls.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with Helping U Move. I booked them through Uhaul; it is essentially impossible to get ahold of anyone at this company. I FINALLY got ahold of the “owner / manager” who confirmed the date & time of my move approximately 5 weeks ago.

When the time came to move, no one showed up. I called him several him and left several messages; no response. I went through the Uhaul booking service who got ahold of him and he claimed “you were not on the schedule; and he doesn’t use the Uhaul moving service platform” which was a blatant lie as I had previously confirmed the move with him and had all confirmation numbers and emails. And I had so conveniently already been charged!

I had to end up packing and moving my furniture myself with the help of my friends and my poor 70 year old dad.

This moving company & the entire moving process is INEXCUSABLE & UNACCEPTABLE. Someone needs to be help accountable; aside from a refund (I’d sure hope so!), I’ve been informed that “there is nothing more you can do.” It is absolutely ridiculous to treat customers like this.

We were assigned this company through SML, Simple Moving Labor. It was a last minute hire due to 2 family members passing away quickly and my entire family left for the funerals and left me to handle the move to our new house. The guys were very nice, but when moving my elliptical they put holes in our ceiling. Knowing my situation the men told me that they could fix it for me. I contacted SML and let them know about the damage, and that Helping U Move agreed to do the repair. When they finally showed up to complete the repair it was horrible. Then the company quit returning phone calls. We are having to move forward with disputing the credit card charge and hopefully removing them from SML's approved vendors. Great movers, but don't trust them to fix what they damage.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! With 1 Hour before they were scheduled to be there they TEXTED and said they wouldn’t be making it. Already had the uhaul and everything in the drive ready to pack. I tried calling multiple times to get an explanation and they wouldn’t answer my calls. No manager, no one in charge to speak to. So now I’m stuck on a Friday night with no help and house full of furniture. Terrible business practice.

Ordered them from uhaul and they never responded left countless voicemails before the date and during the day. We had to move our furniture by ourselves. Do not use.

What do A 10 mo old 65’’ TV, 1 year old dryer and a 1year old fridge have in common? Damaged. All of them rendered useless. Stuffed the TV in the mother’s Attic and was wedged so hard bent my tv and blew my speaker on one side. Fridge doors dented and look like someone took a hammer to it, and the dryer door is scratched and dented with holes! Owner won’t call me back. I’ve left multiple messages. Waiting for a response still

They were prompt, but the team really wasn't very good. They used a dolly to bring a washer down two flights of stairs and instead of lifting from the back of the washer, they put the dolly on the side and crushed in the whole side panel. Not very smart.

Didn’t move all the furniture, not on time, needed three men only sent two. I had to hire another company to finish this move! Nice men, just for a small move!

Didn't bother to show up or answer their phone for several days before and the day they were supposed to help us move. They did however make sure they got their money.

Have not recieved any return phone calls. I give them no stars
