Panera Bread

I'm changing my review from 2 to 5 stars. The last couple times I've been there order accuracy has been 100% and they're checking off the items on the receipt and signing the "checked by" now ... Thanks for the changes!!

The location is getting 2 stars instead of 1 because most of their staff is extremely friendly. From Day One since opening - this location has been very challenged with order accuracy. I place order at a drive thru - I ensure order is accurate on the screen - and I get home and at least one thing is wrong 80% of the time (or likewise, order online). Most of the time - Including today - I find the "Order Checked By" not initialed or signed on the Receipt. This is right above a note that says "Accuracy Matters" (it clearly is NOT A PRIORITY at the location).
After spending 10 minutes on hold - I got through to the manager ... She did her best with me because I was being difficult - the only options she gave me required returning : (1) to get the item they missed, or (2) to get a refund (they can't issue a refund on the phone). This is not the Manager's fault - but the store NEEDS a way of righting their wrong that doesn't require me to drive back (taking my time and expense of gas). Most locations will offer to mail free meal coupons ... She made it clear of my only two options ... And that wasn't one of them. Upper Management - please figure out how to empower your team members to provide CONVENIENT options when mistakes are made .

Easy, no-contact ordering. Quick service of consistently good food. Great bakery items.

Best Panera I have ever been to! Great food, great management, and this Panera has an open and welcoming layout. I like the modern look!

The staff was very helpful. In a bulky order, they accommodated our needs. Kuddos to the team!

Great place to sit down and enjoy a good meal while you're working on your laptop or with a friend. You can also have a fast meal or order to go. There's a good variety of sandwiches, soups and even pizza, with cold or hot beverages. You can have your soup served in a regular bowl or in a bread bowl.

We hax delicious breakfest fare, and no one worries if you take your yime visiting. A very special morning for Gram and her Granddaughter!

Clean, tasty, professional and a little pricy food. But it worth it. So healthy.

Haven't been to Bread Co in a very long time. Hot soup on a chilly day didn't disappoint 😊

I've been to this location 3 times since it opened. Greeted warmly, waited on promptly and the food was delicious. For the people complaining about how long the drive thru takes, or how long it takes to get you're food. Wise up and understand something...they are not shutting down because of short staff. They are working with what they have and most importantly, they are open for you. In the time of the great resignation, they are at work and working hard. Get your head out of your *as and give them a break. They are doing their best. Great job Panera!

Cierra absolutely made our day! She is proof that friendly staff is *at least* as important as your food. We arrived so hungry that we could hardly make sense and I could not figure out the menu options. Cierra was patient and so very kind to us, when I know we were being the flakiest customers of the day. She was so nice, AND she went above and beyond for us several times in just that one lunch visit. She made an extra trip to get a second plate when she saw that we eere sharing one. She put butter in my bagel bag after she saw me looking for it. Etc. You really don't run into such caring service right now when things are so hard and stores are closing left and right. BreadCo, Cierra is an example and a keeper! Thank you, Cierra!

Someone needs to give “Big Josh” a raise. After coming from the location in wildwood, which was disasterous might I add, Josh was so kind and sweet. He was patient and helpful and made sure our order was made perfectly.

Plenty of outlets and USB power ports. Fire is nice. Lots of natural light. There's one outlet for the nice outside seating. Plenty of space outside on the patio. Soups are good from Panera bread bowl or regular both good.

Staff are friendly.

This is an awesome Panera Bread! We visited from out of town and ordered from the wrong location. Upon arrival, they took care of us immediately making our order and contacting the other location to inform them of our mistake. Outstanding customer service! Thanks so much!!

This new location is easy to get in and out of. The restaurant is more open concept than other Paneras that I have visited. There is also some outdoor seating. Our order was taken promptly, food was ready within a reasonable amount of time, and tasted great. Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich was delicious. It's served on ciabatta bread with fresh avocado. Plenty of other options on the menu for everyone. Large drink selection, including hot coffee. Pastries too. Free WiFi.

Food is great and healthy. I meet and see friends here. Relaxing place.

I ordered a salad off line a couple weeks ago it was missing somethings I added to it. I called to let them know that I was missing some things I asked for in my salad. used to work the fast food/restaurant Indus I know people make mistakes. I talked to the manager Chris he was very understanding he went above and beyond to make sure I was Satisfied. PS My salad was still great 👍

My cousin and I stopped here before visiting our aunt, who is in long term care. My cousin ordered the Tomato Soup and I ordered the Pick Two - French Onion Soup and a Half Tuna Salad Sandwich. Our food was fresh and tasted great! We were glad we stopped here and we plan to come again in the future! Thank you!

I work right next to the Sprague company and I have been going here for over 15 years and it is one of the best in my opinion. It is a training hub for all of the St. Louis bread Co.‘s and they do a fantastic job with the employees and customer service is always superb in my opinion. The food is also always freshly made andIt is honestly one of the bread companies that I have never had a missing item or complains about how the food was made. Highly recommended

The Panera - St Louis Bread companies in this area are usually excellent places to eat. Not too pricey and they serve healthy stuff actually. Prices are very reasonable and the service is good I recommend this place for a good lunch however knowing what to order you will get a better lunch ask some friends around the area or ask me I can tell you what to order depending on your taste I'm a chef and certificate graduate of food service Safety and I to have an odd sense of humor.
