I spoke with Lisa to possibly take on my case, she said she would send a questionnaire. Lisa sent a test email and I never heard from her again. I called the answering service left several messages and I responded to the test email and I received absolutely no response. I would give less than one star if I could. I believe Lisa M. Williams-McCallum has the right to choose her own cases but to just stop talking or responding to prospective client was not professional, not responsive, poor quality customer service. If your talking to prospective clients who need a Family Law attorney it's usually because there is some kind of stress or trauma happening to that family. I would not recommend Lisa M. Williams-McCallum she showed me no decency whatsoever!
