McConnell AFB Visitor's Center

My husband flew the Thud at entrance #366 as I recall. Sometime between 1963-1967.

I visited McConnell as a visitor and contractor. Having never been on base before I wasn't sure what to expect. I was treated professionally and courteously by the military staff members that saw to my admittance. I cannot thank the US armed forces enough for all that they do and the professionalism that they exhibit at all times!

Smooth running operation. The security personel at the gate were helpful but very professional. Great detail with map instructions and good pointers on places I wanted to visit.

It's our Military at it's finest! Staff is always spit and polished professional. They know their business. Facility is clean.

Someone was being trained to get me checked in & he was very patient with the new learner. I would suggest getting there early if you have an appointment.

The people who work here are very helpful. They know what they are doing and are very efficient.

Had to get a "Visitor's Pass" due to increased Security because of Russia & Ukraine War.

Cub Scouts have a summer day at McConnell Air Force Base enjoyed their day very much

It's the best place in Kansas because it's where our HERO'S WORK AND TRAIN..

The staff are very kind and helped me a lot in figuring out where I'd be going after I got myself sorted

This place is remarkable and so caring even though they are not thanked for all that they do.. they are amazing...

All people on base very helpful and very clean. Disappointed that airmen attic not open and thrift store.
