Jade was such a sweetheart helping me pick out a wedding band. She was (extremely) patient with me and answered alllllll of the many questions I had. She checked into a few different options for me, and let me take up a decent chunk of her time (twice). I appreciated her big time, and would recommend asking for her when heading into this specific Riddle’s for help. She is great!

We recently ordered a custom ring and a gemstone from Riddles, there was a problem with the original gemstone after it was set, and management resolved the problem and took very good care of us. We are the proud and happy new owners of an absolutely beautiful ring with a brilliant gemstone. We've been customers for years and are still very happy customers. Thanks guys!

It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Jadalynn listened to what I wanted and showed me exactly that. She kept my ideas in mind when showing me rings. She went on to tell me about the history of the stones and they symbolic meaning behind the setting. I never felt once like she was trying to sell me something I didn’t want. Wonderful service!

I was looking for something to commemorate my aunt, who passed away last year. Rick was very helpful and patient as he basically showed me every single ring in the store! I didn't leave with the ring that night. I went back a few days later and decided if it was still there, it was meant to be. I have NEVER felt so valued as a customer as I did when I shopped at this jewelry store! As soon as walked into this place, I was instantly greeted with a warm smile and asked if I needed help finding anything. When I asked if they had any lab-grown diamonds for engagement rings, they did not hesitate to show me the selection of lab-grown diamonds they had on hand. Most jewelry stores would try to lead me away from lab-grown diamonds and tell me "its not worth getting lab-grown." But not Riddle's! They encouraged me to get MY dream ring, no matter what it was. They TRULY cared about what I wanted, regardless of price or diamond type. Not only did we find the perfect ring and diamond for the engagement, but they even helped me pay off the ring in a reasonable amount of time! I was able to come in when I had the money and pay of my ring in just a couple weeks. When I purchased the ring, they had to make an entirely new band for the diamond I bought and they were able to rush the ring and get it finished in just 2 weeks! It was done a week and a half before the engagement and I am forever grateful for this amazing company! My girlfriend ended up saying YES! and we are set to get married this next year! We will definitely be back here to purchase the wedding bands as well, thank you so much Riddle's!
