Zips Car Wash

Mike is very helpful. Thursdays are $5 wash days. Mike informed me that it’s more like a rinse. So, he said the $12 was better. I’d rather do that anyways! Quality is just as good as the Club Car Wash down the street. Free use of vacuums, air blower, mat brush, and towels too.

Stopped by zips for the first time in a long time today. Had the best experience! Will definitely make it a weekly stop!! Staff was wonderful. Wash was wonderful. Vacuums were wonderful. And even had spray and towels to use!

Great people. They continually clean out vacuum hoses and trash cans. The wash doesn’t entirely remove dirt off of the back of my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. They keep spray bottles and cleaning clothes readily available. The staff is friendly and speaks or waves each time I use the wash

Was at Zips on Maize Road. I locked my keys in the car while cleaning ( never done before) 🤣. Jason noticed my dilemma and came to help. He let me borrow his phone to call my husband. When that didn’t work HE FIGURED OUT how to use my Apple Watch to text my husband! Wow!
That is going above and beyond in customer service:). He was also very nice to talk to!

Mason expertly washed my car, bought a membership while I was there as well. Amazing guy, look forward to seeing him every time I go to my favorite zips car wash.

I love this car wash! The staff is very friendly, and the prices are fair. My car always looks brand new after a wash here.

Great carwash. The only thing is I wish they could have sprayed the back of my truck. Otherwise it did a great job.

Raddest car wash in town!!! I almost didn't recognize my car once it was finished. Blinded by the streak-free shine, I was unable to drive home, but once they healed I was beyond pleased with end result. The friendly knowledgeable staff was super helpful!

Heidi took care of me last week. Omg I’ve never had such a thorough car wash until we met Heidi. I rarely leave reviews so this means something. Sometimes I’ll run through The wash 2-3 times to get the bugs off the front but this time I only had to go through it once. She was friendly and had such positive vibes! I love her and hope to have her assist us every time! 10/10 Satisfied!

As a part-time uber driver it's important that my car looks nice, the professionals at Zips never let me down! The friendly accommodating staff made me feel important and pampered. I definitely recommend visiting Zips.

Maize and Kellogg location... Staff is very helpful and lent me some special cleaner to get stubborn tree sap and tar off my wife's Nissan when they saw me working on it before I put it through the wash. When I got home, she said it looked like new.
I drive a Smart car that's too small to wash in the drive-through, but they were totally OK with letting me use the vacuum, gratis.
People make the place and these are good people.

Heidi, At the North Maize rd Location. Was over the top helpful’ she made my experience an excellent one. She is kind and helpful she even helped me remove the bugs off my front end of my SUV,She even did it by hand! She is an excellent asset to your company. She definitely put a smile on my face!
