Lakeview funeral home went above and beyond to honor our mother. They expedited a viewing so all of our family could participate. Elizabeth was very compassionate, responsive, and knowledgeable. She made a difficult process so much easier. Highly recommend their services.

Jaylen was wonderful to work with on funeral pre-planning for my mom. He was caring, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Lakeview and working with Jaylen.

We worked with Travis Kegley on all aspects of the interment of my parents. He helped us design a grave marker that was very unique. Communication with Travis was easy to- he was thoughtful, conscientious, caring and professional.

I worked recently with Cynthia in the summer and she is awesome to work with. Very responsive with my text and went a

My grandparents were buried here back in the 80's as well as my uncle. The couple of times I've visited their graves they looked very well maintained. I called today to get the locations of the graves since I couldn't remember them and Elizabeth who answered the phone was very understanding of my situation, she was very polite and compassionate. I know the understand the needs and feelings of the family members. Thank you for your outstanding service. Adding more after actually being there, the graves were as well taken care of as the last time I was there.

The first day we arrived at Lakeview, we were met and made very welcome by the receptionist Britney. We let her know what we were going through; we were stressed, tired and hungry. We were caring for our mom, she was terminally ill. Britney was very caring and understanding. She gave the information and guidance we needed. She then made a phone call and set up an appointment for us ASAP. We felt so much better when we left! I’ve had bad experiences with funeral homes. I’m happy to say my experience with Lakeview was very different in the best way on the first day and counting!

My family had a special experience at Lakeview. We felt they did a wonderful job with mom. They said they would take care of her and they did. They have an exceptional staff that will help your family in every way they can. They will assist you from planning your service to grieving. They offer help in many areas. My family is very pleased by the wonderful job done by Lakeview staff.
Throughout the whole experience, Lindsey made my family feel cared for. We lost our mom and we were very stressed. Lindsey came to our home, and went over everything slowly and patiently. During the whole time Lindsey Jones felt like family. I hope you all realize what a special person she is. She was very helpful to my family and made sure everything went well.
Michelle Scarborough was also very kind and helpful. During such a sad time, these ladies also know we all need a good laugh from time to time.
The day of the viewing, Lindsey came out with a wheelchair to assist us with my special needs granddaughter and pushed her into the building.

I had the very best experience with Lakeview recently during the loss of my loved one. From the moment they came to my home throughout the entire experience, I was extremely happy with the professionalism and genuine kindness shown to me. Everything was handled in a way that made me feel comfortable. I did not feel as though services were being sold to me. I appreciated their efficiency in posting the obituary on their shareable website and timelines in getting copies of the death certificate back to me! I recently had the headstone on my parent’s grave restored to its original condition. It was looking splotchy. I felt bad every time I saw it. I met with Isidro and decided to get the
restoration. I was glad when Isidro said he did the work himself. You could tell he was sincere and answered all my questions. The headstone is beautiful. I am so pleased. Thank you.

I can't say enough about Lakeview. These guys helped me through the hardest moment of my life. Everything was wonderful and the service for my husband was amazing. They've continued to reach out and show support. Michelle is beyond amazing and her compassion and empathy for my situation is greatly appreciated.

Isidro was compassionate, knowledgeable, professional and very kind. We buried my brother’s cremains at the head of my father’s grave. My younger brother is a pastor so we did our own graveside service. We felt warmly welcomed as they respected the time we needed to mourn before leaving the cemetery. It’s so peaceful there. We visited on memorial weekend and I was so touched by the flags blowing in the wind as we drove through them.

The services that we received for our love one was exceptional If you are wanting to have everything in one place, the funeral, burial and re-pass this would be an excellent choice. The grounds are lovely and all of our needs were taken care of efficiently and professionally. I was extremely please with the video presentation they provide. The re-pass is catered, the food is good and the leftovers were packed up and sent home with us. I would highly recommend them.

I attended a service here last week and there isn't a better place. It is beautiful inside and the staff went above and beyond. They are so compassionate towards the family and even made a surprise gift for them. I never thought I would feel comfort at a time where I was sad, but I definitely did here.

Lakeview did everything in their power to help me and my family get through a very emotional and trying experience. From the initial handshake at the front door to the final disposition of my loved one's remains, they treated us with dignity and compassion. All of our concerns were addressed to our satisfaction and at no time did we feel pressured to change our plans against our will. Thank you so much.

Even though we pushed to do our Mother's funeral in a short period of time, Lakeview stepped up and made it happen. By doing this it allowed us siblings to be able to make it without issues. The viewing and funeral went without a hitch and we could not have asked for better service from Lakeview staff.
