Los Mandiles Rojos

This is a great little spot that offers a different spin on Mexican food than what you traditionally see around Topeka. Very unique in this area! The tacos are delicious. I'm a sauce person so when they bring a variety of sauces with your dish, that's a plus for me. You don't get the traditional chips and salsa before your meal, you get these little taquitos that are fun and delicious. They also offer margaritas and have selections of other cocktails and beer. The big win for me is that they have a patio area! The constructive feedback I'll give is to remember this is a small family run business and they run lean on staff so when they are busy plan to wait. The good thing is you are usually seated quickly but it would be a huge advantage if they could get your drinks in front of you quicker but I'm sure they are working on that. Enjoy!

I recently visited a fantastic Mexican restaurant and was blown away by the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the smell of delicious spices wafting through the air. The menu offered a variety of authentic Mexican dishes, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

For my main course, I tried the pozole blanco. The flavors were out of this world and every bite was better than the last.

The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly and attentive throughout my meal. They made sure my drink was always full and that I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal.

The decor was also noteworthy, with vibrant colors and traditional Mexican artwork adding to the already lively atmosphere. I left feeling full, satisfied, and already planning my next visit to this amazing Mexican restaurant.

Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves authentic Mexican cuisine. The quality of the food, service, and atmosphere are unparalleled and make for an unforgettable dining experience

Just my opinion, but this has to be the best Mexican Restaurant in Topeka. If I had the opportunity to eat there every day I most definitely would. Go check this place out and let me know your thoughts.

This is not the typical Mexican restaurant you can find across the region, this is an authentic Mexican food from Mexico City, flavor and texture are delicious 😋, and besides service is so good... highly recommended.

I got the Chilaquiles Con Carne with shrimp and added rice, I never had this in my life and can't find it at any other Mexican restaurant but granted most Mexican restaurants in Topeka are Tex Mex so if you want authentic Mexican food come here. Sorry about the picture I was in the middle of eating it also not sorry. We had an appetizer of Queso Fundidos which was fantastic!! Everything is homemade and that's what we were hungry! Never been here before but will be coming again and again for now on!!

We came out for something different this evening and different is what we got. Authentic Mexican like we've never had in Topeka before. The menu is unique, and the food is delicious. Generous portions with affordable prices, friendly and helpful service. We will definitely be back to sit on the patio. I highly recommend.

Came here trying to find our New Mexican restaurant and Los Mandiles did not disappoint! I got the Mole and it was amazing and my partner had the Birria tacos, we left satisfied and with leftovers! Portions are exceptional for the price! I will definitely be back, service is wonderful as well they really care about their guests and food comes out in a timely manner! If you enjoy authenticity, this is your place to come!

I don't generally leave reviews, but I have to give a big shout out to Carlos and Los Mandiles Rojos. They catered my daughter's wedding this weekend and did an awesome job. Carlos is great to work with, was very responsive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. I had many guests comment on how good the food was and even the person in charge of the venue asked for the name of the restaurant so he could recommend them. Highly recommend for any event!

Excellent!!!!. So different from the ordinary. This is Mexican like I’ve never had before. Fresh and DIFFERENT. I can’t remember the name of what I had but it was something like the Alameda- Hawaiian. Wow! Excellent. I’m making this a frequent stop when I visit Topeka.

Food was amazing, and the service was even better. Me and my kids visited yesterday and it won’t be our last! I had the Volcanes with cochinita and it was awesome. We also finished with a churro cup and it was delicious.

First time stopping in and wow, was the food good! And whaaaaat? A Mexican restaurant in Topeka serving fresh food?! The rice is fresh? The chicken is fresh? It was so good and original! If you like typical Texmex food where the refried beans come from a can and the Mexican rice comes from a premixed bag, then this isn't your restaurant. It's true Mexican food made the way it should be. Fresh and lots of flavor. Seriously, how have I not heard of this place? Definitely will try again!

In Topeka for business and tried this restaurant based on review rating. It did not disappoint. Authentic Mexico City cuisine made fresh daily by this family owned business. Delicious and not your typical chain Mexican restaurant food. Gracious service by the owners and very reasonably priced. Large enough portions to share so you can try more of a variety, which I highly recommend. We will go back next time we are in Topeka.

Carlos catered my wedding on Saturday and it was phenomenal. All of our guests loved the food, and our venue was so impressed with the service. I would recommend their event catering to anyone!
