Warm atmosphere. The server Sherry was fantastic. Made us feel right at home! The food was delicious and the biscuits were incredible. We got a chicken fried steak bowl and a corned beef bowl. Both were awesome. Meals came out very quickly. 10/10 I would definitely come back when in town.

This is hands down the best hometown diner I have ever been to.

The food is absolutely phenomenal. Flavorful and filling. Large portions. Delicious coffee. The full menu is available all day long as well! Much of their items are made in house.
The hot sauces are absolutely fantastic! And they have some for sale! I purchased both the red and the green and use them quite often at home. When I run out, I will be buying them again.

The service has been outstanding, fun, down to earth folks with smiles on their faces. Always willing to help, and quite prompt.

It can get busy! However, the turnover is quick and the wait hasn't been long at all.

It is now my favorite breakfast establishment. Highly recommend.

I went here for the first time and really enjoyed our food and experience with the servers. All the servers were so friendly, accommodating, and cheerful. The parfait was very good and eye-pleasing. Oh and the pancakes were probably the best I ever had! They also providing coloring sheets and crayons and very cute straw/lid cups for your toddlers 🙂

Excellent little breakfast spot downtown near the Capital. Great menu, but most importantly, we had an exceptional server. Sorry, I forgot her name. Hope to see her when we visit again next time.

Great stop when in Topeka. The Ozark smoked sausage links had great flavor and can we just say yum to the banana carmel french toast? A lot of regulars visiting. Fast, friendly staff and even though busy you were treated like the only one in room. I'd visit again if in area.

I placed a to go order here while traveling. That was a couple weeks ago and I’m still having dreams about this place. I got the egg sandwich and a lemon blueberry pancake, everything was absolutely delicious. So delicious that I am planning my next road trip out so that I pass through Topeka again just to stop here. Great service as well, I called and ordered and when I arrived my food was hot and ready and absolutely amazing!

This was a really good place to eat. the food is excellent and the servers were really nice. I would recommend it to anybody passing through town or that live in topeka.

Delicious as always. A long time Topeka staple! The food is hot, fresh, delicious, and served fast. The staff are friendly and you can tell they are treated well and enjoy their job. A must try.

It was not what I expected; but it is everything that I wanted.

The menu isn't fancy, but it doesn't skimp. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was lightning fast and hands down *the best* breakfast/brunch I've had in a very long time. Portions are large, the quality is great, there really was nothing to complain about.

I lived in Topeka a very long time seen this place a million times decided to stop yesterday morning and OMG what a gem!! Out waitress was so friendly and informative and the place was nice and clean and welcoming! Let's talk about the veggie and cheese quiche I ha with that darn flakiest crust I have ever had in my life!!!! The hash browns were soft like pillows with a crusty top and the grits were soft an yum!!! Had a few bites of those yummy pancakes as well I'm on Missouri and I'm ready to go get some to go and actually I brought some to go as well!! Try this place it is delightful!!!!

Great atmosphere. Great food. Good pricing. I got the corned beef hash Benedict and the hash and English muffin were delicious and definitely homemade or close to it! And their gunslinger hot sauces were amazing!

Feels like an old-time diner. Food is comfort food, all the good breakfast items you could ever want. Wait staff is friendly and attentive, prices are reasonable.

Mom says "I want eggs, hashbrowns, toast and for G-d sakes coffee!" Not familiar with Lawrence, Google suggested Hanover. What a great choice! Our waitress Sheri was a peach!! So friendly and helpful 😊. The spinach quiche was devine!! So lushous and cheesy. The crust melted in my mouth. Definitely a must order!!

Best biscuits and gravy in town! (And there's competition in town!) I always try to make sure to tip well - the wait staff works hard and does a very good job!

Love their selection preparation and eating experience. Reminds me of diners from the 50's. Good service and great breakfast food.

Love this place. Stop by every time we are driving through on a road trip. Super convenient that you can order online in advance and schedule a time for pickup. Allows us to can pick it up and keep going. Food has always been excellent with generous serving size. Love supporting places like this.

Local treat. Come here to feel valued and cared for. Highlight of my week. Food was homemade and delicious. Waitress was warm and welcoming. Full of people on a Tuesday morning. So glad I picked this over Waffle House or IHOP. Large menu. Lunch items available for breakfast. Bottled drinks, snacks, and candy available to purchase and take to go.

I had an appointment at the cancer center. After my grandson and I wanted breakfast. We couldn't have made a better choice. He said his friend potatoes were the best ever. My portion was huge and had to take half of it home. We knew walking in we made the right choice. The food was perfect, the staff were friendly, service was amazing.

I come here after my yearly VA checkup without fail. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I'm always seated immediately every time I go. They bring you a whole pot of coffee which is great since I drink a lot of coffee and it actually pretty good coffee. The food is amazing. The omelets are always on point and the specialty pancakes never disappoint. The wait staff is friendly and very good. Love the old time atmosphere as well.

Service was great. Waitress said everything was made from scratch and delicious. She wasn’t lying. Might drive from KC just for breakfast
