The owner is a very nice and reasonable person. Had helped a friend check out a few places down here on Broadway and most were very rude. If you are needing a less expensive place to stay then check this out. Among rough options this is one of the best.

I have to say though - be careful in this part of town. There is a concentration of undesirables along Broadway - would not recommend for a single female.

I stay at the Afton Motel and I like it . The staff is curtious and helpful. The owner is nice and the rats are good. But you are not allowed guests after 10pm.The rooms have a kitchenette, walk-in closet, as well as full size beds.

I like how the beds are always new and the sheets are always perfectly clean.. it's outdated, but gives it a great nostalgic feel

Parking lot had spaces to park and neighbors were quiet.

It's ok but it may seem like it's a motel but it's more like a studio apartments
