Absolutely wonderful experience, I was a walk in for a last minute change up and Alissa took excellent care of me. She always asked before moving on if I liked the length, if I wanted any changes, and if I did she heard and delivered it. I’m beyond happy with my new look and I will be back. And plus, you can’t beat the prices they have. 5/5 recommend

Trisha E did a cut and highlight on my hair she suggested a color I've never tried before, so I went with it. The cut was great the color is different but I think I'm actually going to like it compared to others I've had. I highly recommend her.

Hannah up north is our go to, my daughter won't go to anyone else. Everytime she's been in she shows Hannah a different pic of what she wants and gets her opinion, Hannah has never had a problem with helping her experiment and find her style.

The manager at this location (Hannah) is one of the autism service lady's that work at Poppy's promise. she is a hard worker and is a amazing hair stylist. no matter what I trust her to do my hair. She and her co-workers listen to what you have to say anything you talk about and like to give their input on things. they are amazing💜💜💜💜

I have been a customer for years. I have enjoyed the rewards program that issued coupons upon points received. I contacted the home office regarding no longer receiving these rewards, and they said that that the North Cost Cutters no longer participates in this reward program. And I was supposed to contact the manager of the salon I use. I'm wondering why the rewards program was discontinued and if it will be re-instated some time soon.

My boyfriend had Trisha (I believe is her name), and she did a wonderful job. We will be coming back next time he needs a haircut!
