Normandie Shopping Center

This shopping has had a very appealing remodeling drawing in some new offerings. Looks as though most of the new stuff is dining oriented. The modern architectural Appearance is absolutely appealing. Kudos to the owners of this property.

Grew up skateboarding around Normandy in the 80s. Very excited about the renovations. I visit Yoder and Green Acres regularly. And am hoping Redbird has an incredible Cuban sandwich! We need a good one in town!

The owner is so friendly and welcoming he always has on the right hand to listen to while shopping. I have to go there tomorrow.

We love all the shops. Parking is a night mare though.

Went to Yoder meat. Love the old country store feel. Their meat is always delicious. Little bit more expensive, for good reason, but definitely worth it. They even take EBT cards for those of you who have one.

Went to Yokohama specifically, so can't comment on other places. Yokohama ramen is one of my favorite places to eat in Wichita!

There us a Spangles across the street that is very good & family owned.

Nice small shopping mall. Can get almost everything done here. There's delicious crumbly hamburgers hot dogs root beer floats at Nu-Way you can exercise there at Planet Fitness, buy you can buy health food there you can have a cup of coffee, restaurant or two. Nice safe place to shop.

Nice dining on this stretch. One of my favourite places to grab a Shoyu Ramen bowl is there. And just tried a nuway burger, that's neat

Green Acres Market is my go to Health Food Store. The employees are friendly & get to know you & what you are treating or are just staying Healthy. ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL! Mondays are Senior discount days & they also have a Rewards Card to accumulate money off on future purchases.

Best of Times store! You can never go wrong here for that unique gift! Looking forward to their open house starting 11/4/21!!

Super friendly and very informative! Both the young gents that helped my husband and I were superb! Also great quality and the dogs treats my dog loved!!

Love this place we always go here to buy a bundle of meat instead of going to the grocery store. Good quality and fresh meats. They also take food stamps

Try Yoko Ramen! BEST TOFU TEMPURA and Ramen. Also, New Way is in this. And a cute Mediterranean bakery. Mmmmm.

Every thing is great. I had chorizo landjager and this really lovely pork and potato sausage that is just soft and mellow.

Il Primo is my main draw, but they are obviously trying to turn their corner around!

A Wichita Institution. This strip mall / shopping center's has been around much longer than anything else in Wichita.

Does anyone remember going to Santa's workshop? Back in the 60's-70's. It was a small stand-alone building in Normandie Shopping Center. Santa wore a hidden microphone, so that when children sat on his lap and told him what we wanted for Christmas their parents could listen in from outside the workshop. Oh the good old days.

Had to hit up good ol Nuway when I was in town....BBQ burgs...yummy toy tummy...onion rings were delightful as always...
