Picking up a pack of smokes for my friend and tried cashing in a $100 winning scratch ticket. But they said they couldn't cash it. So I went to Kwik Shop and the only way they would cash it was if I spent $60 of it at the store. So I ended up getting drinks, smokes,.snacks and my roommate ended up getting $40 worth of gas just to cash in a winning ticket.
