Hupp Hardware is one of the greatest businesses in Wichita! The people that work there are always happy to help you find exactly what you need. I really love their selection of fastners like bolts, nuts and screws.

These folks are HELPFUL and KIND and such a great place! The workers ALWAYS ask if they can help upon walking in the store. They have ALWAYS been knowledgeable and get whatev you need done, DONE!!! Their prices are VERY competitive and for the service incl, unbeatable. Their customer service ove the phone is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They stood by their quote despite not understanding what I was looking for, which was MY fault. A throwback to old school values and service and a genuinely positive ASSET to the community!!!

This local hardware store is exemplary! It is laid out very well. Takes less time searching for what I need. The floor staff is very knowledgeable. What really has stood out to me, is the knowledge of the young staff. It shows me management, & older sales staff over the years,place a priority on passing their knowledge to the youth, allowing them to be better than many of their peers working for the competition. Keep up the great work!

I had to get a key made there at Hupp true value hardware. I was greeted the minute I walked through the door. The salesman came up to me and asked me what I needed, I told him I needed a key and within five minutes I had a key, paid for it and was out the door. Very friendly staff, very reasonable prices I really like Hupp true value hardware. Highly recommend this place if you need anything dealing with hardware.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was caught by one within seconds of walking in the door. She immediately asked if she could help me, I showed her what I was looking for. She went right over and was able to find the nut that I needed. I had to return due to the part being wrong (customer installed the wrong piece), found the same lady and once again, was able to walk over to a different aisle and immediately grabbed the correct one. I love this place!

Love this old style hardware store, is been here for ever since I remember, the staff members are amazing,, helpful, knowledgeable,attentive and more, they treat you like family. Is a store where you can find what you looking for in a hardware store, old and new parts, items, and more is like we always say if Hubs doesn't have it, no one does. Definitely recommend you to visit them and experience the warmth of the people who work there.

Great place to find the hardware to fix anything in your house or apartment. Have a very large nut and bolt selection which I use all the time. Prices are very competitive with ace and walmart. Plus the people that work there know there stuff and can help you find things. Something you will never get at the big box stores.

Proud to call this place MY hardware store. I happened to stumble across this place about 5 years ago and I am glad I did. The staff is always SO helpful. They genuinely care about your experience. Their inventory is great for a mom and pop shop. They carry a lot more than you would think at the fraction of the cost of Lowe’s or Home Depot. Any chance I get I recommend them to friends and family. If you are looking for top notch service with great selection and price, this is the go to place.

I was blown away with the customer service I received here yesterday. After driving around 5 other hardware and specialty stores I decided to call Hup. They had the m18 I needed and all is well with the world again. In this day and age its so rare to see knowledgable, helpful and willingness like I witnessed here. Big Ups Hup's! Great hardware store with a small town feel and the big city lower prices.

Lot of nuts, bolts and a few other things the big box stores don't have.

I've been shopping there 25+ years my dad even used to take me to Hupp hardware.
