Residence Inn by Marriott Bismarck North

My stay at Residence Inn Bismarck North was exceptional. Its prime location offered multiple dining options just across the street, making meals convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a warm welcome throughout my visit. The game to earn points added a fun element to the stay. Additionally, the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.

We love it here!!! Ramon and Jake are especially helpful and have wonderful personalities. Actually, they are all very professional 👏 We are going to be here for a few months and there's no other place we rather be staying at... other than to be back 🏡 home! Thank you all for the hospitality ❤💖😍
Well, recently, I had the pleasure of meeting David and Lyn, who also happened to work at the front desk they are also great ppl. David actually came upstairs to our room to unclog our sink, and he took care of the problem immediately . Lynn is very helpful as well. She brighten s the room with her beautiful smile. I must say that we are truly enjoying our stay, and we are always greeted with a smile . And let's talk about the rooms, they are very well kept and always have fresh linings. Breakfast is wonderful, and the gym has good plenty of workout equipment. We feel very blessed to be staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott. Thank you for the great hospitality!!!

The room was perfect! Friendly and helpful staff, along with the great suite that was clean and comfortable, hot breakfast offered in the morning that was decent..we couldn't go wrong. Definitely going to be our place to stay next time we visit Bismarck. Disappointed the pool wasn't open

We stayed herd for 1 night while traveling. Raymond was extremely nice at the front desk. The hotel is very clean, quiet and by far one of the best Residence Inns I've ever stayed at as I travel a lot for work.

Ray, Jake, and Lynn were above and beyond hospitable to me on my recent work trip. The rooms and common areas seem a bit dated but it was very cozy nonetheless. I’ll be staying here again on my next trip to Bismarck!

Usually, we stay at the Country Inn and Suites when in Bismarck, hut after staying at this hotel for work back in February, I was extremely impressed. The room is spacious with a whole kitchenette, a large comfortable couch, a table for eating, and a massive desk where you can sit and get work done if need be. My only complaint is how quiet the room is as someone who loves the white noise from the AC unit in hotels, but that's just a "me" problem!

My sister and I stayed here recently. We have to give this hotel and staff a 5 star rating. Every staff member from cleaners, handyman, kitchen staff and especially the front desk and management went above and beyond to make our stay one to remember. The rooms are spacious and beautifully cleaned. Ours had a kitchenette which was great as we were there for over two weeks. The pool was a must for me as I swim everyday, very well maintained and wonderful temperature. The exercise room was used by my sister on a daily basis. Everywhere was cleaned and sanitised at least twice a day. I felt like everytime I walked downstairs the floor had just been cleaned. Fantastic service!
Ohh I forgot to mention the breakfast. Best hot breakfast I've had in a hotel. So much variety and different things everyday. Thank you all so much!

WE WILL BE BACK

I had a mishap with the reservation I made for my birthday weekend, the representative who I spoke to originally booked the room for the following month. After driving four hours to get here this was not the news I wanted to hear. But Emmanuel at the front desk worked miracles & was able to help me book at another hotel that they paid for. I got to say that the customer service was by far some of the best I’ve ever experienced. I just wanted to make sure that Emmanuel gets all the gold stars for his great service.

I stayed here for a Monday - Friday work training in Mid-January 2020 and loved my stay. The rooms are fantastic and all staff members seemed to really love their jobs. The breakfast selection was delicious and offered a wide variety. The mixer events offered in the evenings were above and beyond other hotels in the area. I wish the pool/hot tub had been available for use as I was told it's a salt-water pool but it was down for maintenance. All in all, the entire stay was fantastic with a superb location and I will certainly stay here again in the future.

I had a 1 bedroom suite with a fireplace. It was spacious and very comfortable for the month I was there. First time staying in north dakota and I just fell in love with how sweet the people are. The hotel is close to shopping and several restaurants.

Had to help out at the Torrid in Bismarck for 10 days and this is where the company had me staying. LOVED IT!!!! Great location, friendly staff and my room was AWESOME!

Stayed here with my family on the way to Idaho. The room is nicely renovated and has a nice modern feel to it. The lobby is trendy and modern as well. They offer a bar and a snack shop in the lobby. I really enjoyed our stay here as everything seemed very nice. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I go out of my way to stay at Marriott's after my stay here.

The staff is fantastic! My room was very spacious. Quiet, cozy and clean.

Honestly the best hotel experience I've ever had. Rooms are nice and the staff is great. Breakfast is amazing, with eggs, bacon/sausage, fruit, yogurt, waffles, toast, and some baked good, along with the standard fare of coffee, tea, juice, and milk. Monday through Wednesday night, free dinner and drinks are provided. Shout-out to the chefs, breakfast and dinner is amazing, especially consider the relatively sparse food options nearby. Can't say enough good things about this property!

After driving 11 hours we got to the hotel around 10 pm. Junior was at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make sure we liked our room and had everything we needed for our quick stay. The room was large, clean and well stocked. The breakfast was very good with vegetarian options. I am very picky and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent staff and amenities. We were here for a baseball tournament this summer with our 15 year old boys. Basketball court was great to keep them busy, breakfast was super (filled them up), the outdoor area with fireplace was fantastic for parents to visit in the evenings. Laundry on site. And everything was clean here!! We will stay again.

I'm in town on business and have been at the Residence Inn for nearly three weeks now. Its amazing!! Everyone is extremely helpful, esp. Josh at the front desk! Beds are super comfy and the cleaning staff does a superb job. The rooms are huge! They really do a great job making you feel at home. I stay at a lot of hotels and this is by far my favorite!

I really believe that the staff here follow Marriott's model of living by the #GoldenRule. Treating others like we'd like to be treated. Upon check in, we were treated amazing, my daughter was given a gift, and we were upgraded. I have always been loyal to Hilton and have never stayed at a Marriott before, but this trip has changed my mind. The facility was great, the pool was nice, wonderful amenities, and you feel like the staff really care!

I can't see much on the rooms because I wasn't in any but the atmosphere is really cool and the customer service is good
