Williams Ace Hardware

While we went to this location specifically to get a Benjamin Moore paint sample, when we got there, that particular paint sample was missing, bummer. Otherwise, a clean well stocked store with LOTS to see. The people were very pleasant and ultimately it was not a BAD experience at all, just bummed not to get the sample.

Went here recently to buy a couple tools to repair my eye glasses. Was immediately greeted by a helpful young man who took me right to the items I needed. Super!!!

Ace certainly is the friendly little hardware store. I love it because you drive right up to the door front and when entering, someone is always there to greet you and help you find what you’re shopping for! Today I saw Christmas trees and firewood… All prepped for the holidays! We hope our reviews give you an idea of what it is like to live, work, and play in Wichita Kansas!

Great place to grab miscellaneous items for home repair or general hardware. More expensive than Home Depot, but they're a smaller neighborhood store and they do have the best customer service in town. There's always someone around to help me find what I'm looking for and answer any questions. Very knowledgeable staff.

Nice to go into a store where the employees want to help you find what you're looking for. We needed a meat thermometer for a roasting pan. The employee gave us several options and advice as to what would fit our need best. Found exactly what we needed. Yes, I would highly recommend this store.

This Ace is the best hardware store in Wichita and the best of all those I've been to anywhere. I tend to go often so know where most of what I need would be. If you go in, unless they are flooded, someone will greet you and be willing to help as soon as you walk in, with good help. This is in contrast to other Aces and most other hardware place in town. The staff members are mostly the same people and know the store, will give good advice, and if they don't have something, will recommend where you might be able to get it. The only drawbacks are that it's not the biggest store so they don't have everything.

I think my last visit was the only time I've ever been disappointed. The staff is knowledgeable to a level unlike any other! Even if I'm not sure what I'm looking for they are! Love coming here for all of my hardware needs!

Nice people and they had what I needed and Home Depot did not.

My last trip was to pick up sulfur for my garden soil. I always come to ace for any tools and materials. Lastly Christmas lites.

I've gone to this ACE for countless home and hobby projects over the years, and never had less-than-excellent customer service. Wal-Mart may have slightly better prices on some items, but how much assistance and advice do you get there?

Our favorite hardware store. So handy and the workers are well informed and helpful. Usually surprised at the broad scope of inventory for the size of the store.

Love this store. Always just helpful enough, without hurting my man-pride when I don't know exactly what I need.

Sonny rebuilt an outside faucet for me. Really knows what he is doing and did an excellent job and just charged for parts. A refreshing change from the big box stores.

This Ace hardware has just about anything you want in the way of hardware for any project. Tools selection is excellent for beginners and pros. Mix any paint colors.

Shop here regularly. Helpful staff, seems they know where everything is. Especially appreciate the repair people in the back. They can repair nearly anything.

I went to Williams Ace Hardware today to buy a "girl" drill. They did not laugh at me and helped me figure out what a drill does and what I needed it to do.
I look for excuses to go to Williams.

Great customer service and picked up a 1/2 price tomato plant while my keys were cut.

They had what I was looking for they needed a bigger store because people love that place.
