Excellent service Hands-On everyone that works there even their management staff is the best ever they may be a little different on their prices maybe a little higher but it's so worth it if you're in a buying can't say enough good things about Ace Hardware Steve is one of the Reps you could not ask for a more nicer person someone who cares and will bend over backwards to get whatever you need to you he's the best

Always helpful with a smile at the Seneca & Pawneee location as well as the 2439 W. 13th location in Wichita Kansas. I don't have to walk around to find help. If I appear to need assistance, they always ask, and it is so appreciated!

I give this Ace 5 stars because they saved my life (not literally) by being able to copy my truck key that was broken in half I was using a screwdriver to turn my ignition and it was soo bad I was told by dodge dealership it would be over $100 to replace my key then told by another car place my ignition needed replaced all together at some ridiculous price so on a whim I brought my broken damaged key in to Ace and the manager took a look and said they werent sure they could do anything but would try and boom the key was made and IT WORKED! The manager also helped me jump my truck that cold cold evening and just went above and beyond for me that night I wish I could remember the name but they had a very nice truck as well it started mine right up..I go to this ace alot and when ever I see that manager i always say hi "bestfriend" because of you I can drive today haha all the staff should be more like that!

I roll in here with my husband sometimes & I went in at 8:30am on 11/13/2021. I must say, this store has cleaned up a LOT since the last time I’ve been in. The staff that was working this morning was amazing and so friendly. I missed the red head gals name but she cut some glass for us and did a wonderful job. Service with a smile too. Very kind people working here. 5 Stars from me, I’m very impressed with how much better our experience was.

I can always find whatever obscure items I am hunting down. The employees are great helping you when needed.

This store is clean, very well organized and stocked with various products. If there's something you can't find, the staff will be more than willing to assist you!

I went in searching for fittings & couplers for my pool. Doug went above and beyond trying to help me because it was very odd sizes. He never gave up and 30 - 45 minutes later, I had what I needed. Greatly thankful he was there to help me!! Thanks again Doug!!!

Ace is a friendly old-fashioned hardware store. I love this location because I can walk there with my dog. Dogs are welcome inside the store, and the staff are very friendly to us. The dog toys and treats are in the back of the store, so we walk the aisles a little before checking out. The friendly cashier always offers a treat for my pup when we check out.

ONE MORE THING, when you have keys cut at Ace, they always work. I've never had trouble with a key from here!

This Ace is a good old-fashioned hardware store. The staff consistently knows their stuff unlike many in big-box stores. Pretty much anything you need for home repair/improvement is sold here, as well as a wide range of grilling and gardening equipment and supplies.

Customer service was top notch, helpful and prompted! try the knife sharping service!!!

Easy to navigate, there is parking. Nice people, friendly associates. There is key making, seasonal items, painting supplies including paint. They also have misc household items, and supplies for plumbing, building, garden tools and other hardware. I would recommend this store to the public.

This location is so awesome. I've never met a staff person here that wasn't kind and helpful. Today a gentleman (a manager I believe) helped to amuse my daughter while I shopped and helped me load heavy cinder blocks into the back of my messy truck. No point in going to any other location. :)
