Saigon's Corner Restaurant

This was our 2nd time eating here. I liked the food better this time but after our server brought our food, he did not check back with us. We decided to order another set of spring rolls and I had to send my niece over to him to ask him to place the order. We both had pho, mine had quail eggs, shrimp and meat. The broth in it was delicious. The spring rolls were good as well. My niece loves pho so we like having that option when we visit Garden City.

The Pho and Fried Rice dishes are great. The ambience is a bit lacking, but I can see them repainting and keeping the place nice and bright.

I will definitely be going back often. The food was so delicious and they were fast. We had plenty of time to eat our meal and be on time for work. Thank you

I completely agree with “Animation And Stuff”—5 stars in Garden City! The banh mi, bun bo hue, hu tieu Saigon, and mi xao don were outstanding. Definitely coming back. Super fresh and large portions.

You might be thinking, “it’s Kansas! You can’t get 5 star Vietnamese food in Kansas”. Well, your wrong. Saigon’s corner is a cute place in Garden City, Kansas that has all sorts of Vietnamese food. When the spring rolls came out, the lady told us the it was the first time the person in the back had made spring rolls. When I took a bite into it, I didn’t believe her. The noodles were great and had a combination of different flavors.

I had the number 8 with brisket and it was delicious! You don't have to add the toppings. They bring them on a side dish so its optional.

A warning for the germ-conscious, especially in the covid-era, their silverware is not individually wrapped but stored in dusty organizers at each table. A warning for the culinary noobs (like me) and the 4-14% of the population genetically predisposed to think cilantro tastes like soap, Vietnamese cuisine uses cilantro as a garnish on many dishes. A warning for the sensory-sensitive, the tvs are loud. Those caveats aside, the food is great! The portions are big! The spring rolls are friggin tasty!

Food is great, eat here all the time. Know the owners personally. Great people, very friendly. Pork Springrolls and egg rolls are particularly yummy. There are a couple dishes that come with an egg roll. Grab one of those and an order of spring rolls and you get a little of both without making separate orders.

The pho is delicious! Great eggrolls and spring rolls! But exceptional service! You become a regular, well, that makes you family there! And he will remember your name. Impressive memory. :) Good ppl. Love the appetizers, especially the pork hoagie! Pho and sandwich, perfect! Gotta try if you haven't!

loved it the last time I went there the portions were pretty big and for a good price, the food was so good that I couldn't put it down. will definitely eat here again.

OK, the place looks run down from the outside, but the Pho was spot on. I just moved here from a bigger city and was craving for some Asian food after eating mostly Mexican the last two weeks. I will be back to try more!

Novemder 23 update. No changes from prior experience. Still good food and good folks.

I ordered #22 from the menu. Noodles, sauce, and 4 different meats. Ate about 1/3 of it, and took the rest home in a "to go" box! Very good food and service! You will definitely get full! We also split an order of egg rolls. They were delicious!

Ordered #19 for takeout. Vegetables were cooked yet still crunchy, YUM! Beef was tender and lean, no fat. Chicken the same. Only got 2 shrimp but they were good size and properly deveined. Great flavor! I will stop by again next time I'm in town. And I'm saving this cool little spoon because I eat tons of ramen when I'm on the road.

Food was delicious and the owners were sweet! We are from Colorado, glad we chose to eat here! Highly recommend!

Very authentic Vietnamese dishes. The beef Pho was so delicious. Best lo mein noodles I've ever had. Extremely affordable!

I cannot express how great this place is. While I was off at college my family got hooked real quick on the food here. The staff is incredible and friendly beyond all measure. You're going to be taken care of if you come here. The food is great and if you like Vietnamese I highly recommend.

In town for business from Denver. Let me just say how pleasantly surprised I was to find this gem. Family owned, not much to look at on the outside- but some of the best Vietnamese food I've had! Family was very nice- food was fresh and hot. I'll be dreaming of this food for days to come. Next time I'm in town I'll be coming here for sure. Can't say enough good things about how good this food was. Authentic as it gets.

I absolutely love the egg rolls and the chicken stir fry! The service is always pleasant and the owner makes a point to come out and visit when he's around! Such a great asset to our community! ❤ This is one of my regular lunch spots!

A favorite spot in town - Saigon’s Corner has the best staff and food around! Our go-to’s include their shrimp curry, pho, beef stew, seafood stew, bahn mi’s and anything with their delicious crispy pork! It’s consistently the best and admittedly we have had days we eat it for lunch and dinner! Great for takeout as well!
